They involved 19 states, approximately 30 ships and more than two thousand military personnel, as well as aircraft. The purpose of these exercises is to develop tasks related to the planning and conduct of operations at sea in accordance with NATO standards.
And, as if in response to Sea Breeze, on the same day, July 9th, exercises started in which three regiments of military transport aviation from the Rostov, Pskov and Orenburg regions take part. Russian pilots are practicing long-distance movement of manpower and cargo.
