Will Putin and Trump go against the will of world oligarchs?

3
The meeting of two presidents is approaching - Vladimir Putin and Donald Trump. These people largely determine the face of modern policy, and since relations between Russia and the United States are now far from cloudless, there are many hopes for the upcoming summit. Meanwhile, there is a great deal of confidence that Putin and Trump will simply not be allowed to turn around and normalize relations between the two states.

Both in Russia and in the USA there are very influential forces for which in the first place - not at all national, but their own financial interests. We are talking about oligarchs who sponsor the media and have a tremendous influence on both government and society.

In the United States, the most influential oligarchic group is the military-industrial lobby. Bigwigs of the American defense industry have built up their capital on numerous military orders generously paid from the US budget. But in order for the country to pay for weapons, it is necessary that these weapons be used against someone. Therefore, the United States does not cease to participate in numerous wars and conflicts in various parts of the globe and maintain its military presence and bases from the Arctic to Africa and from Latin America to the Far East. But the main incentive for the development of the American military industry is the fear of Russia cultivated in the country.

Now all the power of the American propaganda machine is working to maintain and develop the image of Russia as a fierce enemy of the United States, although there is no reason for this. The military-industrial lobby perceives any attempts not only to get closer, but even simply to normalize relations between countries. That is why immediately after the news of the upcoming “Putin-Trump” summit, top American media attacked the latter with heavy criticism. Trump is accused of allegedly inevitably "losing" American positions, losing to Putin, and inflicting an irreparable blow to the defense and security of the United States. Whether or not there is reason for such allegations, American journalists are least concerned.

In Russia, the situation is no better. The same forces work against President Putin, who in the 1990s were oriented to the West and sought to establish the “external management” of the United States in our country. Their ties with the American oligarchy are very strong, so the "fifth column" always acts in the interests of the United States, in no way caring about the situation of Russia itself. But it is precisely the American support for these forces that does not allow President Putin to deal with them and remove them from control of our country's huge financial and natural resources.

If the two presidents were able to come to an agreement and put an end to the enmity of the two states, this would inflict a terrible blow to the positions of the American military-industrial group and the circles connected with it both in Russia and in other countries of the world. After all, it is impossible not to limit the predatory activity of the overseas oligarchs, since it is increasingly threatening not only Russians or Americans, but the whole of humanity as a whole, in a hurry to carry him into the suicidal whirlwind of global war.
