The apogee of the information war: how the West will use the 2024 elections in the Russian Federation

52

I have regular readers. There are very worthy people among them. Older than me, which no longer allows me to speak badly about them. In order not to be unfounded, without mentioning their names, I will simply say that one of them is a well-known Russian director, the only documentary filmmaker who won an international prize, and the other is a senior naval officer, retired caperang (knowledgeable people will understand the rank), commander of the nuclear 1st rank submarine strategist (this is a strategic missile submarine carrying nuclear ballistic missiles on board, according to our classification of SSBNs or SSBNs; these boats are part of our nuclear deterrent triad and belong to the sea-based Strategic Missile Forces). Putin knows such people personally by name and patronymic. Now these people are already retired. So with them I recently had a very revealing dispute regarding the people and their influence on the course of history.

My opponents argued without evidence that some people decide something there, reproaching the Ukrainian people for the wrong choice in 2014, and the Belarusian at this historical moment, placing on them all responsibility for subsequent events, completely forgetting in what century we we live. The people did not decide anything before (maybe only in ancient times, going to the veche), and now even more so. Now everything is decided Technology and access to media. Do you know a lot about the striking miners in the hometown of the current president of Ukraine, Krivoy Rog? 4 mines belonging to one Ukrainian oligarch close to Zelensky are on strike. For 15 days (at the time of this writing) people have not come out of the lava, demanding higher wages and better working conditions (safety measures there are at the level of the 19th century). So what? None of the Ukrainian media outlets reported this. There is none of them! Sit there underground even until you blue in the face.

The people and methods of influencing him

In general, what are people? Who is this, actually? The people are a faceless mass, like the fascists from war films. It seems to exist, but when it is necessary and when it is not necessary, it is not.

Whole nations would be horrified if they knew what small people rule over them. Policy - it's just a way to excite people in such a way that they can use them.

These words belong to Charles Maurice de Talleyrand, Minister of Foreign Affairs of the Bonaparte era, who became a symbol of cunning, dexterity and unscrupulousness (he sat in his chair two emperors and three regimes, starting with the Directory and ending with the government of Louis Philippe).

In politics, what people believe is more important than what is true.

Another quote from him. I must say that nothing has changed over the past 250 years. Only technology has changed. Have become more perfect.

A flame will ignite from a spark.

Remember the author of these lines? And "Iskra" is the name of the newspaper. What this comrade has achieved, I will not retell you. But he turned the world and the course of history.

In the 20th century, newspapers were replaced by radio. The brainwashing process has been greatly simplified.

Give me a mouthpiece, and in a year I will make a herd of pigs out of any nation.

Famous quote from Paul Joseph Goebbels, Minister of Education and Propaganda in Hitler's government. The world was washed in blood from the results of his labor.

The broad masses of the population have a limited capacity for understanding and an unlimited capacity for forgetting.

These are the words of his boss, Adolf Hitler. But during the time of the 3rd Reich there was no television yet. And thank God! The advent of television has already contributed to the arsenal of tools for influencing the crowd, and politicians were again the first to use this.

Give me the TV remote, and in six months I'll make a stool president.

These are the words of Boris Berezovsky, and, thank God, that the result of his work was the emergence of Putin, and not someone else.

Give me a means of communication, and I will turn the whole world for you

But now, however, the 21st century is in the yard, the Internet has replaced the TV, which no one already believes. Its appearance further expanded the list of opportunities for political strategists, and the presence of smartphones in the vast majority of the voting population made it possible for them to reach literally everyone. And away we go ... The possibilities of new technologies with limited access to the “box” in his election campaign were first used by Trump, then Vova Zelensky, and now you can admire how the Lukashenka regime in Belarus is being brought down with the help of the Internet. At the same time, the herd does not even understand that it is being bred. Truly technology rules the world!

Only very naive people can believe that what happened in 2014 in Ukraine and is now happening in Belarus does not apply to Russia in any way. Relax, guys, it is here and now that the very technologies that your sworn "friends" will try to apply in your country in 2024 are being tested. No one will leave you alone, do not even dream. And if the number did not pass with Navalny, this does not mean at all that they will not try to do something similar with the help of other characters. A year and a half ago, if you were told that comedian and showman Vladimir Zelensky would become the president of Ukraine, you would have ridiculed this person. Not only you, but Zelensky himself thought a year and a half ago that this was impossible, or rather, perhaps, but only in the movies.

But life is not a movie at all, but much cooler. And I will not be surprised at all if in the Russian Federation soon they begin to promote as a possible candidate from the opposition, for example, some kind of Mikhail Galustyan. Why not? Not even the worst option. By the way, he is already getting used, and quite successfully, into the image of Ramzan Kadyrov. In my opinion, gorgeous! Some are already scared (Kadyrov is not joking!). I don’t like Galustyan, you have a bunch of other media persons who, if you wish, can be promoted and made mega-popular in the minds of Russians dissatisfied with the policy of GDP, having implanted in their heads the idea that this candidate may well replace the GDP that they dislike at his post. Whoever thinks this idea is ridiculous, I propose to take a look at Ukraine, there, too, some then still acting politicians laughed at the idea of "Zelensky to the kingdom." How they ended up, you know!

The world is on the verge of a cognitive war. The target of the attack is your brain

But your enemies have gone even further, they are no longer satisfied with the change of political regimes. Below are some quotes from a private report by the Pentagon think tank entitled "Cognitive Effect and State Conflict in Cyberspace". The report was written by James A. Lewis, senior vice president of the Center for Strategic & International Studies (CSIS) .For reference, this is one of the main "tanks" of the Pentagon, responsible for the development of military doctrine, occupying 1 Ranked Worldwide in the Defense and Homeland Security Think Tanks category, he recruits both senior Department of Defense officials and government officials from the US Congress, as well as executive officials associated with the Democratic or Republican parties. In general, take my word for it - a very serious institution.

The report is very complex, written in a specific language, you literally have to think over each paragraph (if you emphasize the most important, you literally have to emphasize everything), but since you will not read anyway, I will quote only a couple of excerpts.

Before that, I will just remind you that we all live now in the age of information technology. And the presence of these technologies has left its mark on the nature and course of international conflicts. Rattling with nuclear weapons has become more expensive for itself, so wars and confrontation are moving into the information sphere. The winners are now determined not on the battlefield, but on the information field, in the info, so to speak, space. The war is no longer over territory, but over people's brains. Whoever wins there will get the territory almost without a fight, along with the brainless and fooled local biomass with modified brains.

The goal is not kinetic (being hit by projectiles and bombs), but a cognitive effect, manipulating information to change thoughts and behavior. In essence, the strategic goal is to influence morale, cohesion, political stability, and ultimately reduce the enemy's will to resist. Operations provide the ability to manipulate information and opinions in ways that are coercive or disruptive, without the risk of open war, and the situation remains below the threshold for the use of force to reduce the risk of an armed conflict or its escalation.

This I quoted from the report, as you can see, no one is going to joke there, forget about your guns and planes, this is nothing more than a background, something like a virtual weapon, which in real life may not even exist, the main thing is to declare him and demonstrate a prototype.

At the same time, the authors of the report do not deny that the emergence of new information technologies has moved the confrontation between countries to a new plane - to the information plane. At the same time, the minds of people become the object of opposition. In fact, in the 21st century, the war unfolded for the brains of the population living in the territory of a potential enemy, and the impact on them through specially prepared information.

To quote a CSIS speaker:

This is a new kind of conflict, the core of which is information and the cognitive effect it produces.

With Russia, the situation is more complicated. Putin has covered his info space with a reliable shield of "disinformation" (as our sworn "friends" believe), and now he also climbs with this weapon to them (the State Department does not have time to hang labels - "foreign agent", "agent of the Kremlin", "hand of Moscow "). In the 1960s, Daniel Moynihan said that

everyone is entitled to their own opinion, but not their own facts.

The Internet allows people to have their own facts. Social media only reinforces this trend. The author of the report suggests using this effect to achieve your own goals, when the community will be divided not into those who share your common space (territory) with you, but into those “who think like you” and “dissidents who think differently ". With regard to the Russian Federation, he proposes to take away from the totalitarian regimes, to which Russia belongs, with the help of Internet technologies, the monopoly on facts. Now you understand that the widespread smartphoneization of the population, when people became free applications to their own gadgets, did not arise for nothing - if the stars are lit, then someone needs it! (And in terms of impact, a smartphone will be cleaner than a ballistic missile).

Hence the rhetorical question for my opponents: "After all the above, will you still insist that the people are the master of their own destiny and write their own history?" What the Customers need, he will write such a story, and at the same time it will still be sacred to believe that it was his own choice. The people are nothing more than a screen behind which real puppeteers are hiding, who, using the above technologies, form public opinion and manipulate it in their interests. At the same time, the people for the most part may not even guess about it.

Where did the lacy panties hike lead

How these technologies work can be seen on the example of Ukraine and the people inhabiting it. Who, as you say, chose his own destiny. All banana governments, installed by curators in the territories under their control, solve, in principle, the same tasks - bankruptcy and the sale of all available assets to the Customer's representatives (Western investors affiliated with the curators), as well as lowering the local population below the level of the plinth to the level of a cheap, uncomplaining worker. a force that no longer dreams of anything but not starving to death.

Some naive idiots still believe that their standard of living depends only on them and therefore they fight like fish on ice, trying to survive, at three jobs, nodding at some lucky neighbors driving around in Lexus and Mercedes - you see, people can. Not realizing with their chicken mind that it is not they who set the rules in the chicken coop - their lot is to lay eggs and not cluck, and when the owner decides, he will send them to slaughter. The first to be sent to the slaughter was the biomass that rode on the Maidan. They fulfilled their role, they were disposed of through the ATO. Now the time has come for passive observers of these events, even those who opposed the Maidan, they will be disposed of through tariffs, taxes, inflation and unemployment. The next in line are the owners of Lexus and Mercedes, for them, the curators have a tax on luxury and devaluation (do not forget that inflation is a tax on the poor, and devaluation is a tax on the rich).

At the same time, one must understand that their real owner is not sitting in the chicken coop, there is the one who simply takes out the eggs and gives them to the real owner, the one who made the decision about the fate of this territory and the people inhabiting it back in 2014. It was then that the people, about whom you care so much and on whom you hope so, lost everything, exchanging their future for Victoria Nuland cookies and lace panties. But is it his fault, given the tools that were used against him, and do you want a lot from him? This is a rhetorical question, I answered it above.

this is just an artillery barrage before the main attack. so it was and will be before any wars. Lenin did not brainwash the population so that Russia would lose World War I and lose territory? Or, before the Second World War, Russians were not exposed as subhumans? How long did the Cold War last with interruptions in Korea, Vietnam, Afghanistan?

The means of physical elimination were further improved to a situation where their use to achieve the set goals is impossible. Non-military methods remain the only ones available.
Hence the invented terms for new types of weapons of mass destruction: post-truth, fake news, Starlink, "flower revolutions", etc.

why is the color revolution in ukraine not a military method?))) just the opposing sides protect their people and use local meat. the Americans and Russia will not lead their troops and fight on the territory of Ukraine, and the Ukrainians will choose which camp to join temporarily, for achieving maximum benefit (as mazepa). those days are over.

The fact that before the Maidans they were brainwashed for 30 years and it was not necessary to bring the Armed Forces into the territory even with their own bases. Ukraine was surrendered by the residents themselves using the technology of seizing property in sects. It seems to them that they have "become enlightened" but in fact they have not "become cleansed" ... they were banal and cynical. Now even professional psychologists will hardly help them, because psycho-blocking will take a position of eternal denial of their own mistakes.

Now, when everyone has already understood that as a result of a nuclear war, they will not have to sit out either in a bunker or anywhere else, a hybrid war is coming. Using all the mistakes of the governments, political intelligence is being introduced with the help of the local opposition in all countries, for example Belarus. Brutal guys are thrown to help them. The spread of rumors can be of great benefit, where the ruling elites must weigh every word. Checking every accident, and not just refuting (this also acts as an annoying moment), but competently explaining to people in human language. What we tirelessly refute is not listened to in the West; our people are listening.

Wow, I wrote everything right in general. With, of course, a training manual.

Nobody writes not only about miners in Ukraine (oligarchs of all countries, unite?), But also about miners in the DPR, and only occasionally in Russia.

And the people do not decide anywhere, except ... where they are historically accustomed to decide for themselves, like some kind of Switzerland, probably ...
Vote on the Internet your 67, 80, 99,9, 130 percent and do not blather ...

And about the standard of living - too right. The owners of the assets did not like it - they would find biological laboratories, snipers, and militants.
I liked it, I took loans - everything will disappear somewhere, like in Armenia, and the militants will immediately turn into volunteers ...

The people did not decide anything before (maybe only in ancient times, going to the veche), and now even more so. Now technology and access to the media are decisive.

A revolutionary situation, at all times, is characterized by the following conditions:
1). The inability of the ruling classes to preserve their dominance unchanged.
2). The exacerbation, above the usual, of the needs and calamities of the oppressed classes.
    3. A significant increase in the activity of the masses, who in a "peaceful" epoch allow themselves to be plundered calmly, and in turbulent times are attracted, both by the entire situation of the crisis and by the "leaders" themselves, to an independent historical action.
4). The ability of the revolutionary class to act on a massive scale strong enough to crush (or break) an old government that will never, even in times of crises, “fall” unless it is “dropped”.
Any mass protest is subject to analysis, identification of reasons, and search for solutions.
To this end, in the developed capitalist states there is an organized and ramified system that allows the ruling class to keep its finger on the pulse of social life, and the proletarians to release vapors through the existing safety valves.
One of the most important duties of any government is to provide peace of mind to the ruling class and control over slaves. This is achieved by the methods and means that a specific historical period has at its disposal - they chopped off heads, print media, TV, the Internet, and at speed they will inject and inject each slave with a microchip, which allows them to track all their actions and every word. Today the world is close to this, but the implementation depends on the achievements of science - microchips, quantum supercomputers, big data bases, etc. All this is done in the interests of 1% of the population who owns 99% of all world wealth according to the international organization Oxfam and rules the world. How tough the struggle is in their midst can be judged by the fact that some 50 years ago there were as many as 10% of such gentlemen (!!!), but now there is only one left.

Someone earlier formulated your 4 rather lengthy points in a much simpler and shorter way: "the lower classes do not want, but the upper classes cannot." That would be enough.
The rest of the picture is sad. Proceeding from the fact that I and you, apparently, do not belong to this 1%, is there a plan of what to do? Or maybe at least where to find this capitalist valve for the "steam release" of the masses? And then you really want to, you know ...

Do you see this plan, by analogy with the situation in employment?
        a) enter a small percentage of serving and defending this 1% of strikebreakers
        b) lie down and die

I haven't made it to retirement either, although I already want to wink ... True, I strongly doubt that it will be possible to live comfortably on one pension that is relying on me - this is another question.
About the concept of the "golden billion" is not so simple: firstly, from the point of view of most people on the planet, we just relate to it, no matter how strange it may seem to you, and secondly, all the concepts that people in history invented, never came to the conceived completion or realization - we ourselves did not let them come true. Neither communism, nor ideal capitalism, nor anything else. Always such adjustments were made to everything that the original concepts changed beyond recognition. So with this "billion", I think it will be the same.

In principle, everything is correct. The only hope is that people on the Internet will learn how to filter information, as Soviet newspapers and TV did, and not blindly believe all the crap that pops up in this cesspool.
And the Russian Federation urgently needs to: 1. finally tackle the rigid regulation of the content entering the country, and 2. in full and without hesitation to "interfere" in everything so that before the elections in 2024 they themselves do not survive all their elections. .. The situation is just right. And if in the near future what happened to all of us in the 90s happens to the "consolidated West", then then we will have 30 years to gather our thoughts and strength.

The export of oil and gas and other raw materials is important for the country, there are no words. BUT ... all the crises in the Russian Federation, the USSR and Russia before that have never depended on the export of something to somewhere. It was even worse - when some people wanted to take all the "export" themselves and for free. And Russia did not "fly" anywhere, as you put it ... And it will not fly, do not hope.
Better think about your problems, and they are clearly serious for you - for most normal people a point has only one move, and in one direction ... And you have a lot ... this is serious ... I would not be joking ... laughing

Don't try to sound smarter than you really are. There are a bunch of examples. Take at least 1812. Napoleon only wanted an economic blockade of Britain by the Republic of Ingushetia. And no more. Everyone knows how it ended.

BUT ... all the crises in the Russian Federation, the USSR and Russia before that have never depended on the export of something to somewhere.

You are wrong, the famines of 1891, 1932 and 1946 are associated with grain exports. The collapse of the USSR economy is associated with the fall in oil prices.

... you can tie anything you want. Everything in the world is somehow interconnected. Exporting grain for the sake of foreign exchange earnings and at the expense of our own people is a government decision, possibly erroneous. The collapse of the USSR economy was caused not by changes in oil prices, which are a normal market factor, but by the wrong structure of the economy, which was created, again, by wrong decisions of the government. A bad captain can sink a ship in good weather, but a good one will cope with a storm. External factors are a component, but not everything. When the USSR collapsed, there were no special external economic crises - they gouged themselves. And what is happening now in the United States, although they are trying to blame it on something from the outside, everyone really understands that this is a crisis of the system, as we once did. A series of mistakes made.

Believe it or not, if this is not an invasion of any locust, then decisions of people, most often from the government, lead to all crises.

Well, here I am about the same. We will also survive oil prices if we react to everything correctly.

Then, in the worst case, even a variant with the collapse of the USSR is possible. Russia is big, there are many peoples and territories, there is something to disintegrate. And the more difficult it will then be to collect it all back. And sooner or later you still have to - history is cyclical.

Alas, there is no such hope. There is a habit developed for cookies.
Why is Navalny so popular? 10 bloggers are drowned for him. Is it funny? Not really. The fact is that they give points for watching these bloggers. Accumulated 20 points - you can order a ring with rhinestones on Ali. Or panties. In schools, 12-year-old girls tell each other in secret about these channels. Can I enable viewing, but not watching? No matter how it is. In the middle of the chat, or towards the end, there is an insert with a SPECIFIED numeric code that can be entered to earn points. Therefore, they listen to the bloggers very carefully. But if you listen to them for 5 years every day, from 12 to 17, the result is full of political vegetables, obedient to any word of their idol. Who bought them for a few trinkets from Ali-express.

        Why is Navalny so popular?

        - is he popular? Maybe rather widely known in narrow circles? I read his nonsense 2 times in my life, spat and stopped. But so that children do not drip into their ears, you just need to control it.
In the West, there are no such popular citizens simply with such a "dissident" rhetoric. Do you know why? And no one lets them into the public field. This is kind Russia ... Either revolutionaries-terrorists instead of a loop in a reference, and even with families, now they have multiplied all sorts of rubbish, and now we are surprised ...

If you listened attentively to panegyrics about Navalny from the age of 12, receiving trinkets for it (and a ring for a 12-year-old girl is sometimes more important than life), you would perceive him as a beacon in life. Adults, yes, a boss who has not paid a salary for 4 years will not be considered a person. And for a well-fed schoolboy, all the meanness of the beacon is only propaganda of thoroughly deceitful envious people.
My niece, now she is 19, is ready to send every ruble that falls into the hands of Navalny.

... well, that's for this purpose there are control bodies, which after the collapse of the USSR, unfortunately, are too benevolent. At one time, they let all the dogs go to the KGB, and we, children, were then defended from this rubbish. Yes, every student did not have smartphones, but there were other opportunities that were suppressed. And now we need to do the same, within the framework of new possibilities. Which are, by the way, not only among bloggers and NGOs, but also among the special services.
In our country, even state-owned companies are allowed to finance openly anti-government propaganda. What is this anyway?

      Hi Lesha!

everyone is entitled to their own opinion, but not their own facts.

Now you understand that the widespread smartphoneization of the population, when people became free applications for their own gadgets, did not arise for nothing - if the stars are lit, then someone needs it! (And in terms of impact, a smartphone will be cleaner than a ballistic missile).
He hasn’t learned to fight the Internet yet, the dad turned off the Internet, so what? The Telegram channels did not work out. He kept power on bayonets, but the brains of fellow citizens are not

about brains you're right, but not all, thank God. Although the further, the worse, this is also true, unfortunately.
I have written many times and in articles that it is necessary to influence the brains both at home and abroad. And there is an audience that will hear it ... while there is still. But if, against the background of the information war, ours will harness for so long, then the fact is that there will be no one to go fast ...

how the West will use the 2024 elections

    - how the West can take advantage of the elections in 2024 if the GDP won 82%. Who does not believe I can argue that the only thing that can be an error is not 82 percent, but for example 78%. but at least 70% is for sure.

I will be responsible for your opponents.
    1. Let's look at recent events: Brexit, Trump, Macron. These events clearly ran counter to the interests of the elites, but the citizens voted as they saw fit.
    2. The customer does not exist, it is a product of a not entirely healthy mind, which seems to be around the world government, Masonic conspiracies and Bilderberg clubs.
    3. The author refuses people in reason, to reduce them to the level of the herd, but he himself is certainly not like that, a reasonable person (unlike the others) and understands everything. The main thing is that he himself believes in it.
    4. Modern technologies and the availability of education just reduce the effectiveness of propaganda. Everyone can use modern technology to convey their thoughts, worldview or appeal to almost any audience. If someone could control the TV newspaper of the radio, then the network is almost impossible. The author himself is an illustrative example of this.
    5. It is impossible to inspire from outside mass protests, riots, civil wars. These are always internal problems, and local leaders are always to blame for them (Ukraine, for example).
