Kiev has expressed a desire to spoil the Russian football field

Ukraine, in its efforts to somehow offend Russia, ruffle it, inflict small “bites” in all areas - looks very comical. One hysteria around the Crimean bridge is worth it! However, the bottom has been broken once again: if the World Cup is held in Russia, then it must be fucked up! This is exactly what the Ukrainian Foreign Minister Pavel Klimkin called for.

We must spoil their football holiday

- he said.

Moreover, the pronoun “him” means not only Russia and its citizens, but also those fans from around the world who came to the Championship. As one of the measures on how to “spoil the holiday,” Klimkin suggests that all fans see portraits of Ukrainian “political prisoners”: such as Oleg Sentsov, Vladimir Balukh, Alexander Kolchenko. (All of these individuals are charged with criminal offenses).

In general, the hysteria of Kiev regarding the mundial really resembles the one that was after the construction and commissioning of the Crimean bridge. Endless powerless calls to do something to disrupt the event, which inevitably sounded and continue to sound from many Ukrainian leaders.

Back in mid-May, the Ukrainian Foreign Ministry “persistently” (as stated in the statement) urged fans to avoid traveling to Russia for this major international sporting event. It was alleged that such a trip was associated with “serious threats to personal security”. In response, several Russian deputies and diplomats advised Ukrainian citizens not to listen to “all kinds of fools” and to come calmly to watch football.

Despite the fact that FIFA urged not to mix policies With sports, the Ukrainian authorities called on the participating countries to boycott the World Cup at the political level. And the first vice speaker of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine, Irina Gerashchenko, tried to intimidate her fellow citizens by the fact that if they go to Russia, they will be detained and the authorities will not even send consuls to them.

In addition, the Verkhovna Rada Committee on Freedom of Speech (!) Recommended a decision on the prohibition of broadcasting matches in Ukraine. But it didn’t reach such insanity - there weren’t enough parliamentary votes to include this issue on the agenda.

Now, when football competitions are already in full swing, Klimkin's words look even more helpless. Russian senator and journalist Aleksey Pushkov openly ridiculed this statement, advising the Ukrainian minister to calm down.

Klimkin will not be able to spoil anything - the whole world is looking at Russia today. Let football calm down too

- said the senator on his microblog on Twitter. In addition, Pushkov recalled the "bad performance" around the alleged murder of Arkady Babchenko, when Kiev managed to deceive even the UN Security Council.

And the deputy chairman of the Duma Committee on Foreign Affairs, Alexei Chepa, is more serious. In an interview with RT, he noted: Klimkin must understand that such statements threaten “serious liability”.

Chepa added that many Ukrainian fans rejoice, freely display the flag of their country, sit next to Russian fans.

All sing songs, take pictures. This is a celebration of people, not politicians. If someone tries to ruin it, then nothing will happen - the organization is wonderful, everything works like a clock

- said the parliamentarian.

Verily, Ukraine will no longer be able to spoil the Championship, and such as Klimkin, with their meaningless words, can only “spoil the air” around them.

Can the word mundial be replaced with the usual, normal championship?
