Why should Russia hurry up with the solution of the “Ukrainian question”

The coronavirus pandemic is gradually declining and problems that have temporarily faded against the backdrop of a global disaster are returning to the forefront. For our country, one of such "sore" questions, "frozen" for today (and even then not completely) is the relationship with Ukraine. This topic is gaining particular relevance now also in connection with the sharp aggravation of the confrontation in the Donbass, which clearly threatens to develop into full-fledged military operations with far-reaching consequences.

At the same time, the actions of official Kiev eloquently indicate that they do not even think of moving away from a targeted anti-Russian agenda. On the contrary, Russophobic demarches, with the goal of inflicting quite specific damage on our country, both image-building and material, follow one after the other from the ground up. All this once again puts on the agenda the question of the viability of the current policy Moscow in the Ukrainian direction.

A year has passed, like an empty dream ...

On May 26, President Vladimir Zelensky put his autograph under another “historical” document - an annual national program implemented under the auspices of the Ukraine-NATO Commission. This is not to say that this voluminous memorandum said something completely new. But it’s about that, in fact, in the “program” for “wintering” in black and white, things such as “countering the armed aggression of Russia”, “speedy and complete restoration of the territorial integrity of the country” are written as “priority tasks”, of course, including in itself "the liberation of the temporarily occupied territories of Donbass and Crimea." At the same time, it is clear that a lot of things are written on paper (which, as you know, will endure) about the “Norman format” and “other negotiation platforms”, however, it is also stated that “Ukraine reserves the right to self-defense”. From Russia, naturally.

The main leitmotif of the “program”, in exact accordance with its name, is the need to maintain “Kiev’s strategic course towards acquiring full membership in NATO”, which, as you know, is constitutionally fixed by the filing of Zelensky’s predecessor, Petro Poroshenko. Not so long ago, in the "unfurnished", I remember, they were terribly offended by the comment of the Russian Foreign Ministry on the first anniversary of the Zelensky presidency, calling them "misinformation", and even voiced by "hate speech." But the domestic foreign ministry, in fact, only stated completely obvious facts: the “new” head of Ukraine is absolutely no different from the old one in his own Russophobic rhetoric and corresponding actions aimed “at fighting everything that is at least to some extent connects the Russian and Ukrainian peoples. " The assumption expressed in the finale that “at the end of Zelensky’s presidency” in the “nezalezhnoy” campfires from the books of Russian classics is lit is completely groundless. But it will be much earlier ...

In its response demarche, the Ukrainian Foreign Ministry stated that the caustic comments of the domestic diplomatic department “cast doubt on Russia's mood for a diplomatic settlement of its aggression.” Great again! So what kind of “settlement” can there be - with such a position? Statements regularly sounding from Kiev that the Ukrainian side is ready to implement the Minsk Agreements at least tomorrow, but you see, this is hindered by the position of the Russian side, which "does not fulfill the obligations undertaken in Paris", are whatever a cynical lie. Constantly declaring this, the deputy head of the Ukrainian delegation to the Trilateral Contact Group, Aleksey Reznikov (deputy prime minister for the “reintegration of temporarily occupied territories”), also allows himself to talk about Russia as a defeated country, for some reason not in a hurry to sign surrender: “We give them a chance to make the right decision,” “Zelensky is ready to meet, but Putin is avoiding her,” and the like.

In my deep conviction, the last Paris meeting in the “Norman” format was generally a big mistake of the Kremlin - it added legitimacy in the eyes of the world community and points from its electorate to the newly elected president, and as a result it turned out to be a completely empty event. However, the Parisian handshake of Putin and Zelensky should be attributed to the area of those illusions that some people had during the alleged “change of power” in Ukraine. Sanctions against the Hermitage and Moscow State University, extension of bans on Russian-language Internet resources, frank “historical rudeness” on May 9, and, most importantly, open and steady support for the war in the Donbass ... Is it really not enough to understand all these illusions? , and even without any honors? Zelensky is absolutely, absolutely nothing and nothing better than Poroshenko. In any case, for Russia.

External management and internal agenda

Returning to the story with an assessment of the first anniversary of his reign and a hysteria arranged by the foreign ministry of Kiev on this issue, it is worth recalling that, in contrast to the "unreasonable and destructive" assessment made by Russia, the Foreign Ministry "unbroken" quoted those praises with aspiration that sounded to Zelensky from the United States. The embassy of the country, in which Ukraine turned into a complete colony in 2014, not only congratulated its president on the “round” date, but also stated that he “positively evaluates its results” and promised to “continue support”. According to the American "white sahibs," the Ukrainian natives, under the wise leadership of Zelensky, "made a shift along the path of reform and progress." The shift is obvious - that’s for sure ... And, apparently, more and more citizens are “down to earth”. However, Washington doesn’t give a damn about this, of course. The main thing is that the obedient Aboriginal tribe and its leaders continue to fulfill the task assigned to them - to create ever new problems for Russia.

As far as we know, the new US ambassador to Ukraine will be appointed in strict accordance with precisely this purpose. Until recently, the candidacy of retired Lieutenant General Keith Dayton, a former US military attache in Russia, was planned for this post. Currently still very peppy, despite the age of 71 years old, the general runs the Pentagon center named after him. George Marshall in Germany, and in addition is a senior adviser on US defense in Ukraine. According to his convictions and way of thinking - he’s never a “dove of peace”, but rather a “hawk” to the core. For this alone, you can get a completely comprehensive idea of the purpose for which Washington is determined to continue to use Ukraine and its "power", whose surname there would not be under the photograph of the president. The true owners of this territory, in fact, it does not matter what the hired “will be sent to” will be called - if only he would execute the commands correctly, but he wouldn’t stick his nose in internal American affairs. Zelensky was already given more than concrete reason to understand this and, apparently, he accepted the announced rules. And where to go?

In addition to external curators, the “president” is inexorably pressured by the internal situation in the country. I won’t call what “thought spreads over the tree”; I’ll give you a few specific figures and facts. The number of official unemployed in Ukraine during the coronavirus pandemic exceeded half a million people (this is with a population of 30 million), having more than doubled compared to the same period last year. This, I repeat, is official statistics, the picture is real - a mystery covered in darkness. Salaries of those who have not yet appeared on the street during the same time have decreased by more than a third. We can go further, talking about a huge budget deficit (for the same payments to the unemployed there are not enough 30 million hryvnias, that is, more than a million dollars a day), other similar things, but we will limit ourselves to stating: “unplanned” is half a step away from the social explosion. Only this time, instead of the “Maidan” inspired by local oligarchs and foreign special services, Kiev will receive a rebellion that is truly “meaningless and merciless.” There is one more problem, even more, perhaps, a serious one.

With an interval of literally two days, two events took place in Ukraine - as terrifying as they were significant. On May 22, the owner of a fish pond in the Zhytomyr region shot seven people (five of whom were employees of the National Guard) who arrived at his farm allegedly "to rest in the lap of nature", but actually to "showdowns" because he dared to complain about extortion by the local police chief. All, as one killed, are former "ATO participants" or "volunteers" eating up there. By the way, they granted fishing trips with a good arsenal of weapons ... And on May 24, a girl of 25 years was brutally beaten and raped by the police of the city of Kagarlyk in the Kiev region. The villains who created this are local policemen. One of them, Nikolai Kuziv, a native of Lviv, again, is "a member of the ATO." Today, ex-punishers, at one time atrocious in the Donbass, have become a mortal threat for the whole of Ukraine. Of course, there can be no talk of any council on them, since the "law enforcement agencies" of the country almost entirely consist of them.

This thesis, in fact, was confirmed by the Deputy Minister of Internal Affairs of the country Anton Gerashchenko. Knocked out of ordinary hangers-on Arsen Avakov into big bosses, the patented liar and provocateur once in a lifetime told the truth, admitting that the inveterate rapists and sadists "were replaced by those who were fired in 2015-16." And there is simply no one else to serve. And there will be no “mass re-certification” of “law enforcers”, which most Ukrainians call only police officers behind their eyes — there is no one to choose from anyway. And this is a problem not only of ordinary inhabitants of the country, choking in the "atosh lawlessness", but also of those in power. They cannot do anything with the bloodthirsty horde generated by the coup and unleashed in the 2014 civil war. The only way out is to send the “atoshniks” back to the very hell that gave rise to them. That is - having unleashed a new war in the Donbass, try to "utilize" the fairly accumulated "veterans" there, which are a danger to everyone and everyone. Otherwise, desperate people will begin to reduce their livestock on their own, which will inevitably lead to civil war inside the "peaceful" regions of Ukraine. It is precisely to such conclusions and decisions that Zelensky is inexorably pushed by becoming increasingly catastrophic realities. Moreover, curators from the United States will definitely approve such a move.

In the end, it is time for Russia to understand that there can be no definition of any “change of power” in Ukraine in its current form. The expectation that sooner or later the president will be the one who, guided by at least common sense and pragmatic considerations, tries to establish relations between our countries or at least stops worsening them - a dangerous illusion. Also extremely harmful misconceptions are the position “resolve itself” or the slogan: “Let them do what they want, what’s the matter for us?” The enslaving agreement that Gazprom “forced the whole world” to sign with Kiev, continuous lawsuits in international instances, which are increasingly won by Ukraine (and in the very near future will win them all, completely regardless of the matter), provocative demarches, “MN-17 case”, in which, apparently, our country will be blamed nevertheless ... Is this not enough? So it will be again! Any attempts to conduct a dialogue with her in a civilized manner, no matter in the "Norman", "Minsk" or any other format, Ukraine is turning into new platforms for provocation and pressure on Russia. When in Moscow they will understand: there will be no other way! Only worse. Therefore, Russia needs to hurry up with a final solution to the “Ukrainian problem” and here, as they say, all the tools are good.

The “Crimean Question” and the question of all international sanctions connected with it will be closed only when the question “with Ukraine” is finally “closed”. And no other way. How to do it? Well, here, I'm sorry - not to journalists, but to people of a completely different level and professions. However, to continue further in relation to Ukraine the current “toothless” and wait-and-see policy for Russia is a course completely hopeless. Yes, and, as practice shows, dangerous.

The “Crimean Question” and the question of all international sanctions connected with it will be closed only when the question “with Ukraine” is finally “closed”.

This is not so and it will not be closed after that; the Crimean Question is only a small fragment. Try to read the list of laws, who motivated the sanctions and what.

The “Crimean Question” and the question of all international sanctions connected with it will be closed only when the question “with Ukraine” is finally “closed”. And no other way. How to do it? Well, here, I'm sorry - not to journalists, but to people of a completely different level and professions.

Maybe then you should not escalate the situation? Maybe people of a "different level and professions" themselves know what to do? They are not trying to teach you how to write articles?

However, to continue further in relation to Ukraine the current “toothless” and wait-and-see policy for Russia is a completely hopeless course.

What, in your opinion, should the “toothy” policy regarding Ukraine look like? The entry of troops? Or do you simply express dissatisfaction and demand to do “at least something”, but what do you not imagine?

I support everything that the author speaks about - enough to fool, enough to humiliate and humiliate Russia and its people, we didn’t get out of such trouble and recovered, and became only stronger, and do not care about this “collective West with its tantrums for any reason and But what do we expect from Ukraine how it was in Germany when Hitler, who came to power after strangling the Weimar Republic in 1933, gathered, reorganized and armed his Wehrmacht in 6 years, and made his army the most powerful army that time, which conquered all of Europe, but broke its teeth in the USSR, which cost us 27 million lives of our fellow citizens and unprecedented devastation in the country. Yet they perfectly see that this "collective West" calmly equips the Bandera army with various weapons, supplies military instructors there , follow the fighting in the south-east of Ukraine, and we just contemplate it all, express our next concerns and threaten with a laurel finger. , and this despite the fact that "we do not abandon our own." If we are unable to do something by military means, then declare an economic blockade for them, up to the point that no liter, cubic meter, kilowatt, or ton of our energy carriers fall into Ukraine and stop the supply of all kinds of equipment and products, otherwise from such idleness with regard to today's Ukraine, our people are in complete "misunderstandings" - do we abandon our people or not.

Maybe they just leave Ukraine alone, will they sort it out in their own country? Did you solve your problems?

And what, Grisha, you don’t see how they understand, because no one came to them in Lviv, Kiev and Ternopil from Donbass with weapons in their hands, and did not bomb, and did not fire at their cities and villages, but rather, after the military coup and the brutal murder of many Crimeans near Korsun-Shevchenkovsky on February 20, 2014, and there was no mention of “green men” either, your Natsiks began to kill and mutilate dissenters throughout the south-east of Ukraine, and this is not a showdown, but a genocide.

Why should Russia hurry up with the solution of the “Ukrainian question”

Yes, no need to rush anywhere ... - Russia was late ...
    - And all these current presidents ... - "Kravchuk, Kuchma, Powder, Zelensky", etc ... - this is just today's Ukrainian reality and it is secondary, i.e. - it has already become Ukrainian humus; on which a new generation of young people has grown up in Ukraine who simply hates Russia and Russians ... - Yes, he simply hates and considers Russia the main reason and threat that today's Ukraine cannot become ... mmmm ... even though Poland. .. - That's it ... - And most of the "middle generation" of Ukraine ...- also hates Russia and also considers it guilty of the economic turmoil of Ukraine ...
    - And along with all this ...- almost the entire population of Ukraine (both young and old) is quite tolerant of both Bandera and other nationalist extremist movements ... - they consider them a real driving force for the independence and sovereignty of Ukraine .. . -This is now the main political and national component ... in Ukraine ... -there is simply no other ... - And all this is very, very energetically promoted ... and "put into series" ... -So, the role of the president in Ukraine today ... is the "role of the sixteenth" .... - One president will not work - he will be replaced by about the same, but by the "suitable" ...
And Russia has not been deciding anything here for a long time ... - And the whole "Ukrainian question" has long been solved by "others" ...

        - Yes, everything is lost (the "lovers" will rejoice ... "everything is lost") ... - But they are lost - Jewish Odessa ...; and the Russian treacherous Kharkov, which “forged victory” day and night and weapons (and today continues to forge strenuously) for the Ukrainian army ... - against New Russia ... - and about other regions of Ukraine there is nothing to say ...- there was always full support for "autonomy" ... - People often write about Czechoslovakia ...- how it helped the production of weapons (tanks, machine guns, ammunition, shells, etc.) ...- helped, produced and supplied all this to Nazi Germany during WWII ... - So today, Russian Kharkov "helped" ...- repaired; produced and delivered so much armament to Bandera Ukraine that even the most ardent “good Westerners” did not expect such agility from the Russian Kharkov ...- even they couldn’t do so much ...

There is no one to decide. Is it still incomprehensible that the one who strikes first is brought up in the corridors of the KGB, and in his style sit and wait until the enemy’s body swims. It’s just that here he just won’t wait, here he will be tipped and frowned by the whole world, which is happening all the time.

... having unleashed a new war in the Donbass, try to "recycle" the fairly accumulated "veterans" there, which are a danger to everyone and everyone.

And the "veterans" are such fools that they will run under the machine guns and guns of LDNR? They are better in Ukraine will pluck fat "geese". Non-lethal, harmless and dust free. The time is approaching when each area will be divided between atamans who solve their problems on their own. It's time for the bourgeoisie to share with the people. And who is not stingy and smarter, he himself will pay a tribute to the necessary chieftain. Remember the feud of Russian princes in the Middle Ages. History develops in a spiral. Apparently, in Russia they are waiting for the Ukrainians who swore allegiance to NATO will go to Moscow with a petition to include them in the borders of Russia-Mother. Well, as once Bogdan Khmelnitsky, who abandoned Poland. The choice is small, the Turks will not work - they are also NATO ...

Here 123 trying to appease the author of the article, while ignoring what is written there.

Maybe people of a "different level and professions" themselves know what to do? They are not trying to teach you how to write articles?

First, they often try to limit the level of criticism in the media, which can be seen, for example, from the helplessness of discussing topical issues on TV. Secondly, as they "themselves know" for more than six years, the article is just characterized. One could add here the number of dead and wounded in LDNR from regular shelling during the "truce" period, the economic damage caused by LDNR, the Crimea, and the Russian Federation as a whole. On whose conscience is it? It is logical to assume that it is on the conscience of those who "themselves know."
As for the measures that have long been worth taking, this is not necessarily a force in the first place. First of all, it is a tough economic blockade with an ultimatum preceding it. There is such a rule in medicine, in particular in narcology: for a patient to recover, he must first become significantly worse. Without an acute crisis - on the verge of survival - Ukraine will not recover. Arguments such as "but what about the fraternal people, he will suffer" - akin to those who, wanting to cure a drug addict, out of pity allow him to continue to take drugs. Every nation, even “very fraternal,” deserves both its power and its fate. Moreover, the people in LDNR are, of course, more fraternal than in the rest of Ukraine. Why should he suffer? For your commitment to Russia?
Unfortunately, the true motivation of the “self-aware” is their own selfish interests and unwillingness to spoil relations with the United States and Europe, even at the cost of humiliation and demonstration of their failure. That is why - toothless policy, continued trade and cooperation, the absence of serious sanctions, the absence in Crimea of Russian banks, mobile operators, etc., etc.
So the problem of Crimea, LDNR, Ukraine itself and the problem of establishing adequate power in Russia are very closely related. Until the second is resolved, you should not count on the cardinal solution of the first.

Largely agree with the author. And, I hope, plans to solve the "Ukrainian problem" exist. In my opinion, everything will begin after the Parade and the Immortal Regiment.
