Donbass alignment: APU rush to attack the corpses of their own soldiers

In the Donetsk People’s Republic, a very difficult situation is developing in the Gorlovka region. In addition to the ongoing shelling of the city and its suburbs, there are more and more signs that Ukrainian troops are trying to launch an offensive.

The Ukrainian portal Strana.ua, referring to the senior officer of the OOS headquarters (“Joint Operations, as the war against Donbass is now called), said that the military plans to“ tighten the loop ”around Donetsk. APU believe that an attack on Horlivka is best suited for this purpose. This city is surrounded by the heights on which the positions of the defenders of the DNI are located. If the Armed Forces of Ukraine are able to capture them, this will create a very favorable position for Ukrainian punishers. Firstly, as the same officer of the OOS headquarters said, in this case, most likely, the DPR will have to surrender to Gorlovka itself, because the whole city is shot through from the heights, and "there is no point in dying there." Secondly, whoever captures these heights will become the "master of Donetsk."

In addition, Gorlovka is also important because it could serve as a springboard for the capture of the cities of Debaltseve and Enakievo. In the case of the implementation of such a plan, Donetsk may end up in a "boiler".

The Armed Forces of Ukraine believe that the seizure of heights around Gorlovka is not at all a violation of the Minsk agreements. These heights are considered a “gray zone”. Consequently, they can, as they think in Kiev, "wring out" with impunity.

But this is only an arbitrary interpretation. Back in 2016, the deputy head of the OSCE Special Monitoring Mission, Alexander Hoog, said that in the Minsk agreements there is no such thing as a “gray zone”. Any advance is a violation.

Earlier it was reported that the Armed Forces attempted an offensive in the Gorlovka area, but were rebuffed and suffered losses - 10 people were killed. This was stated by the deputy commander of the operational command of the DPR, Eduard Basurin. Moreover, the command of the Ukrainian army did not even take the corpses from the battlefield. There are losses from the side of the Republic - three defenders of Horlivka were captured, and one was killed.

There is one more alarming information. Ukraine draws large-caliber artillery to the line of contact, despite the fact that it is prohibited by the Minsk agreements. Heavy guns were seen in the village of Lozovatskoye. Eduard Basurin said that the artillery systems of Ukraine were brought to Konstantinovka station.

In addition, according to Basurin, during the shelling of Gorlovka on May 19, Ukrainian punishers used shrapnel ammunition (shells stuffed with nails). This brutal weapon that increases the number of victims is prohibited by international conventions.

In the meantime, the Investigative Committee of Russia opened two criminal cases against the army and the National Guard of Ukraine on the facts of shelling of Gorlovka on May 16-20. As a result, four civilians were killed (most of them women). The Ukrainian side is accused of using prohibited means and methods of warfare.

"according to Basurin's information" - he either smokes or eats mukhamoras. For four years he has been telling that they are pulling together the troops and just about, tomorrow the APU offensive will definitely begin. I am generally silent about the number of destroyed APUs, it is already calculated in hundreds of thousands, and practically with bare hands.
