And the main instrument of struggle should be the refusal or restriction of the use of the dollar as a means of international settlements and the placement of foreign exchange assets. Another effective means will be to abandon the use of American software. An important step can also be a reduction in interest rates in order to form its own powerful base for financing Russian business as opposed to foreign lending.
