APU are selected to the southern regions of Russia

In Ukraine, they intend to analyze the potential of the protest mood of the inhabitants of southern Russia. As reported by RIA News, The Center for Information and Psychological Operations of the Armed Forces of Ukraine has placed a corresponding tender worth 1,6 million hryvnias (about 65 thousand dollars) on the ProZorro public procurement website.

The customer wants sociologists to conduct public opinion research among residents of the southern regions of Russia: Krasnodar Territory, Adygea, Rostov Region, Kalmykia, and, of course, Crimea.

The Center for Information and Psychological Operations of the Ukrainian Army is interested in whether citizens are satisfied with the Russian authorities, whether they are ready to go out to street protests, and also what their standard of living is, whether they are satisfied with their work and the activities of municipal authorities and state institutions, and whether they trust political parties etc.

The research required by the Ukrainian military should be conducted in the form of sociological surveys, including face-to-face interviews in the respondent’s house, as well as focus group discussions. 105 days are allowed to complete the order.

The customer of this tender is the Ukrainian military unit A4398. Once, even before the reunification of the Crimean peninsula with Russia, the Center for Information and Psychological Operations of the Naval Forces of Ukraine operated under this code. It was located in Sevastopol, and then - moved to Brovary. Now it is called the “72nd Head Center for Information and Psychological Operations of Special Operations Forces of Ukraine”.

The order value is 1,6 million hryvnias (more than 3,8 million rubles at the current rate). It must be completed within 105 days after the conclusion of the contract.

It is unlikely that the Ukrainian structure intends to spend money just like that, in order to satisfy its own curiosity. And the very name of the research customer - the Center for Information and Psychological Operations - indicates that such operations are actually being prepared. It is for their implementation that data is needed.

Apparently, the fantasies of those who are behind this are nothing more than the export of “maidan” sentiments to the south of Russia. Moreover, Ukrainian policy often they speak not only of the desire to “return Crimea”, but also of claims to the Kuban, Rostov Region and other, mainly southern, regions of the Russian Federation. Yes there! From the most zealous Ukrainian nationalists one even hears promises of "reaching Moscow"!

Perhaps someone seriously believes that it will be possible to provoke mass protests by the southerners with demands ... to join Ukraine. But, truly, it would be better if in the “Square” they were studying the public opinion of their population.

And it may be far from in favor of the Kiev junta. For example, in March this year, in a survey conducted by Research & Branding Group, only 12% of respondents said that they had enough salary to live on. And 85% expressed extreme dissatisfaction with their pay. And this is far from the only factor that causes discontent among Ukrainians with the Poroshenko regime. What can I say! Ukraine is constantly being shaken by mini-maidan, which may one day develop into another large maidan.
