Why is NATO terribly worried about the Russian submarine fleet

2
The representative of the North Atlantic Alliance made a loud statement:

In NATO, first of all, the USA is concerned about the potential of the Northern and Black Sea Fleet of Russia. The first provides RF access to the northern part of the Atlantic region, the second - in the Mediterranean

And indeed, the combat effectiveness of the navy of the Russian Federation is steadily increasing from year to year. In 2018, more than 500 exercises will be held. In the past 2017, the number of exercises doubled the figures for 2016 and 2015 combined. Russian submariners passed more than 3000 hours of running day. A hundred and fifty exercises were carried out using rocket and mine weapons. The submarine fleet of the Russian Federation performs tasks in the oceans, Russian submarines are present under the Arctic ice, in the Mediterranean Sea and in the Atlantic.

The combat strength of the Russian submarine fleet has replenished with the latest submarine nuclear cruisers Alexander Nevsky, Vladimir Monomakh, Yuri Dolgoruky and Severodvinsk. Until 2020, the Russian defense industry must transfer to the military another 8 PALs of the Borey project and 7 to Ash. A series of modern diesel-electric submarines is being built. In Russia, work is underway to create a 5th generation nuclear submarine called the Husky. Ultramodern Husky will be able to carry promising Zircon missile systems, which can develop a flight speed of 12-13 times the speed of sound.

Russian defenders are developing a multi-purpose ocean system, which was mentioned by President Vladimir Putin in his Address to the Federal Assembly. We are talking about submarine drones equipped with a nuclear power plant. Such devices will be able to covertly and inconspicuously move at a depth of 1 kilometer to the distance of the enemy’s defeat. The speed of unmanned underwater vehicles will exceed the submarines and torpedoes of a potential enemy. Equipped with such drones can be including nuclear charges to destroy aircraft carrier strike groups.

Is it any wonder that Great Britain began the process of transferring its Typhoon fighters to Romania to patrol the Black Sea.

Weird question. And what, NATO should experience a surge of happiness from a pistol attached to their Russophobic head? Moreover, knowing full well that the Russians have thousands of fair reasons to pull the trigger? To put it simply, the "partners" gave a little kick.
