He said that the Ukrainian army is in extremely poor condition.
As for the statements of some Kiev politicians that the army of Ukraine is strong, the ex-commander considers them to be an invention. Shilov accused the authorities of "ditching" the volunteer movements, and the contract servicemen at present simply do not want to deal with the Armed Forces.
