Chechnya attacked police station and killed employee

In the Chechen Republic, a stationary police post was attacked. The attack occurred in the Achkhoy-Martan district of the republic.

First, information appeared in the media that an unknown man first opened fire at a police post, and then blew himself up with an explosive device. The attack killed a police officer.

Another version of what happened - there were two attackers, one of whom shot at employees of the Temporary operational group of bodies and units of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Russia in the North Caucasus region and managed to escape, and the other made self-bombing.

However, then the police still revealed the details of the attack. As it turned out, an unknown man walked up to a police officer and stabbed him. A policeman died on the way to the hospital, and the attacker was shot dead at the crime scene. The attacker had a grenade with him.

Note that this is not the first attack in recent days on police officers in the Chechen Republic. So, on June 24 in Grozny, a young man attacked a police officer with a knife after his car was stopped to verify documents.

As a result of the collision, the offender was shot dead by a fighter of the Russian Guard. It is interesting that dramatic events unfolded directly opposite the residence of the head of the republic Ramzan Kadyrov.

The Islamic State organization, banned in Russia, claimed responsibility for the attack on June 24. It is possible that her militants may be involved in an attack on a police post in the Achkhoy-Martan district of the republic.

In vain, the bandits in Chechnya were given amnesty and it is necessary to judge not only the bandits, but also everyone who helped them, as accomplices and relatives in the first place, with confiscation of property
