Where in Russia the least paid for utility services
The cost of housing and communal services differs significantly in different regions of Russia. This conclusion was reached by the experts of the international audit and consulting network FinExpertiza, who compiled a rating of the constituent entities of the Russian Federation by the cost of housing and communal services per person for the past 2018.
As it was established, in Russia there are “polar” differences between regions in the cost of housing and communal services. Moreover, the highest tariffs, as a rule, are in the regions of Siberia and the Far North. So, the cost of housing and communal services is the leader in the Magadan region. On average, housing and communal services in "sunny Magadan" cost 3511 rubles per person per month and, accordingly, 42 132 rubles per year.
In second place is Kamchatka. In the region of the hills, housing and communal services per person cost an average of 3240 rubles per month and 41 041 rubles per year, respectively. The third place - in the Murmansk region (3003 and 36032 rubles), the fourth - in the Chukotka Autonomous Region (2774 and 33288 rubles).
This is not surprising, since the heating season is much longer in the north, and the communication service itself is "flying a penny" in comparison with more southern regions.
By the way, in the Moscow Region, on average, they pay 2607 rubles per month and 31288 rubles per year for utilities.
The cheapest housing and communal services cost residents of a number of national republics. There it is less than 500 rubles per person per month.
For example, in Ingushetia, the cost of housing and communal services is 488 rubles per month per person and 5852 rubles per year per person. The cheapest utilities are in Dagestan. Residents of the mountainous region pay 457 rubles per month and 5487 rubles per year per person.
It is interesting that in Tuva, which does not have a mild climate, is also one of the lowest prices for housing and communal services in the country - 478 rubles per month and 5740 rubles per year per person.
