Attempt to storm Georgian parliament: police opened fire

4
On June 20, 2019, riots broke out in Tbilisi after the Russian State Duma deputy Sergei Gavrilov visited the former parliament building. He is the president of the Inter-Parliamentary Association of Orthodoxy and arrived in Tbilisi for a meeting of the General Session of the said organization. And since this structure is inter-parliamentary, it is not surprising that Gavrilov, as the leader, was seated in the “chair of the Speaker of the Georgian Parliament” for conducting the meeting.

It was the chair that became the pretext for the storm of indignation among the pro-American "patriots" of Georgian affiliation. Representatives of the United National Movement and European Georgia parties even tried to seize documents from Gavrilov and doused him with water. Radical legislators called on their supporters to go to parliament, and they themselves left the building. After that, a crowd of warlike "patriots" who came to the call of "twin cities" tried to seize the former parliament building, but were stopped by the police.

The riots began, the meeting of the Inter-Parliamentary Association of Orthodoxy had to be moved to a hotel, which also got from the “on-children”. The local police had to "calm" the temperamental champions of "democracy" and use various types of tear gases, water, batons, fists and rubber bullets. In turn, the local "free" media, living on Western grants, were in solidarity with the "protesters" and stigmatized the special forces. Indeed, among the victims there are media representatives who are extremely active in the riots. And they obviously rushed to the police not with microphones.

These “defenders of rights and freedoms” threw stones and bottles at the police, tried to rob the police of their ammunition, and when they received a blow with a club, they immediately raised a cry and took a selfie of “bloody beating”. It should be noted that over the years, the Americans managed to grow a whole generation of professional provocateurs.

It must be added that representatives of 23 countries took part in the General Session of the Inter-Parliamentary Association of Orthodoxy in Tbilisi. And the actions of the "patriots" are seen as blatant ignorance and savagery of the "cave children of the mountains."

It should be clarified that since 2012, the seat of the Georgian parliament has been a new building in Kutaisi at 26 Abashidze Street. Prior to that, the parliament was in the old building in Tbilisi on Rustaveli Avenue, where the unrest described has occurred. That is, Sergey Gavrilov did not occupy the chair of the speaker of the Georgian parliament.

I do not see any contradictions here - apparently, in recent years, our church is increasingly growing together with the state in the name of inculcating tolerance (and "defiance" of the will to fight) to the people, not only to their neighbors, but also to the IMF recommendations implemented in the country, depriving its sovereign development, and hence the future. All the will of God wink

Rarely do I agree with you, but I cannot disagree here ... the current communists have become some strange, they have "reforged" to the point: either typical capitalists are nominated for the presidency, or the church association is presided over ... request Cheka on them not laughing
