Large-scale personnel shifts occurred at LLC Aurus, the same company that produces the first Russian modern luxury cars of the Cortege project.
The Director General of Aurus LLC, Franz Gerhard Hilgert, resigned from his post, and several managers who made up his team resigned after him. However, Hilgert does not leave the company completely - he will cooperate with Aurus as an adviser to the CEO.
Adil Shirinov, one of the most competent Russian automotive executives, has been appointed the new general director of Aurus LLC.
It is interesting that the post of the general director of Aurus Shirinov will be combined with his previous activities - he is also the general director of UAZ and JV Ford Sollers. In 1990, Adil Shirinov graduated from the Nizhny Novgorod Institute of Foreign Languages, and also received an additional MBA from the International Institute of Management IMISP.
Adil Shirinov calls his main tasks the organization of preparation for serial production of Aurus cars at an automobile plant in the Alabuga SEZ. By 2021, it is planned to produce at least 5000 cars a year here.
Apparently, plans for its further development are associated with a change in the company's top managers. In particular, it is necessary to establish regular production of a large number of new cars and their delivery to the Russian and international markets.
