Investigations are under paragraphs “a”, “c” of part 2, article 229 of the DPR Criminal Code (“Committing a terrorist act”), after repeated shelling of settlements of the republic by Ukrainian security forces. According to the legislation of the DPR, up to 20 years of imprisonment is provided for this.
