Ministry of Natural Resources: Russia will share its hard-to-recover oil with the whole world
On June 6, 2019, the XXIII St. Petersburg International began its work economic Forum (SPIEF-2019), which will end on June 8, 2019. Kobylkin added that budget losses from the lack of one-time payments are disproportionate to the revenue that, in the future, can be obtained from the sale of recoverable reserves.
It should be noted that the Ministry of Natural Resources has previously prepared a bill to amend the Federal Law "On Subsoil". These changes provide for the exemption of subsoil users from the payment of one-time and regular payments for the use of subsoil during the period of work on the search and testing of new of technologies production of hard-to-detect mineral reserves (TRIZ).
Previously we Reportedhow Gazprom Neft decided to start developing the Achimov strata - a giant raw-material pantry. The Achimov stratum is located at a depth of about 4000 m and has a more complex geological structure compared to the upper layers. And this is really very important for our country.
By the way, on June 6, 2019, it became known that at the Sheremetyevo Airport (Moscow), the FSB of Russia on behalf of the TFR in the Irkutsk region detained the Minister of the forest complex of Irkutsk region Sergey Sheverda. He is suspected of committing a crime under subsection “c” of part 3 of article 286 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation (“Exceeding official powers committed with grievous consequences”). He was detained as part of a criminal investigation instituted into unlawful appointment, coordination and clear cutting in the Tukolon State Nature Reserve of Regional Importance in the Kazachinsko-Lensky District of the Irkutsk Region. In the near future he should be charged and choose a preventive measure. The case involves a whole group of people who came to the attention of law enforcement in March 2018. The approximate damage from their “activities” is estimated at about 750 million rubles.
