From today, restrictions on the supply of oil, oil products and coal from Russia to Ukraine come into force. Minsk supplies to Ukraine increased from 0,6 thousand tons to 588,5 thousand tons. Despite the fact that Belarus produces brown coal, it sold high-quality anthracite.
But this tricky re-export scheme was also covered. As a result, last year Russia occupied 62% of the coal market of the Independent, which they do not like to spread about in Kiev.
