The Pentagon has banned the use of space services in Russia after 2022 year

It should be noted that such a move from the Americans was to be expected. The question is different, but is Russia ready, or rather its respective structures, for such a turn of events.
By the way, according to the notice published in the Federal Register by the Pentagon's Procurement Administration, Russia was included in the list of already familiar countries. There are: China, North Korea, Iran, Syria and a number of other states.
New restrictions have also been introduced “with respect to satellites and launchers for the provision of satellite launch services, but these restrictions will not apply to launches completed before December 31, 2022.” At the same time, the Pentagon does not deny that, if necessary information is provided, it can make an exception.
It should be recalled that since 2011 only the Russian Unions have been flying to the International Space Station (ISS). They deliver various cargoes and crews to the ISS. But the Americans did not hide that they would like, in time, to refuse Russian services, but they cannot do this for now.
Currently, there is intense competition in the United States between a large group of companies: Blue Origin, Northrop Grumman, SpaceX and the United Launch Alliance consortium (JV Boeing and Lockheed Martin). All of them are trying to create rockets and spacecraft in order to eventually receive profitable orders.
