Recent news about the results of the Ukrainian-Turkish negotiations can cause some concern. The Foreign Ministry said:

Turkey supported the deployment of the UN peacekeeping mission in the occupied part of Donbass and declared readiness to take part in it

The Turkish leadership’s interest in trade cooperation is also reported.economic and the energy sector with Ukraine. These reports of Turkey's interest in a military presence in the South-East of Ukraine are of serious concern. There is a change in the external course policy Turkey caused by a whole range of domestic problems. The country, located on the border of Europe and Asia, suffers from corruption and nepotism of the local spill, serious economic problems are brewing, the Kurdish issue and the problem of Northern Cyprus remain chronically unsolved. In 2016, a coup attempt was made in Turkey, which was bloodyly suppressed by the central government. Turkish leader Rajep Erdogan has relied on the gradual Islamization of the country.

In order to stay in power, Erdogan is forced to shift the attention of society from internal problems to an external enemy. The idea of reviving the Ottoman Empire is gaining popularity in Turkey. Under the pretext of fighting ISIS (banned in the Russian Federation) and the Kurds, the Turkish army actually annexed part of northern Syria during the operations of the Euphrates Shield and the Olive Branch. Now, Rajep Erdogan started talking about the introduction of Turkish peacekeepers to the Donbass.

It is worth recalling that Novorossia and Crimea passed into the possession of the Russian Empire following the results of the next Russian-Turkish war. Since 1475, the Crimean Khanate was a vassal of the Ottoman Empire and carried out devastating raids on Russian lands, only under Catherine the Great, military means finally put an end to these outrages, and the peninsula became part of the Russian Empire.

After the collapse of the USSR, Turkey actively collaborated with Nezalezhnaya, after Russia it was the second trading partner. The Turks actively invested in Ukrainian real estate and industry, supplied consumer goods and food products. During the years of Ukrainian power on the peninsula, Ankara was engaged in the inclusion of Crimea in its sphere of influence, invested in the creation and promotion of pro-Turkish foundations and public organizations. In Turkey, there are many foundations supporting the Crimean Tatars. Turkish religious organizations feel at ease throughout Ukraine.

In this regard, the interest of Turkey, as a member of NATO, in the deployment on the territory of the formerly Ottoman Empire of Novorossiya of the armed forces in close proximity to the Crimean peninsula should cause serious concern without quotes for Russian diplomacy and the Ministry of Defense.

Erdogan is not to quarrel with Russia over Dill. For him, economic agreements already signed with Russia are more expensive than the whole of Dill. And given the subsequent military cooperation (which is quite possible), then there’s nothing to say.
