Filaret opposed tomos
The ideological leader of the non-canonical Ukrainian Orthodox Church Filaret refused to fulfill certain conditions of the tomos received in early January of this year. According to the false patriarch, if they knew the exact contents of the autocephalous tomos, they would never have agreed to it.

Therefore, the noncanonical UOC intends not to fulfill a number of tomos conditions.

He clarified that we are talking about the transfer of overseas parishes of the now liquidated UOC of the Kiev Patriarchate under the control of Bartholomew, a ban on cooking peace, and also resolving internal disagreements only with the approval of Constantinople. Filaret and the Ukrainian Orthodox Church reject all of these tomos points.
We were presented with the contents of the tomos only after unification with the Patriarchate of Constantinople. If we knew its contents earlier, we would have rejected the advanced conditions,

Despite the fact that we are called the Autocephalous Church, the Tomos makes us dependent on Constantinople. It is unacceptable. We refuse to comply with three points that limit our independence. We won’t do it,
