At Zelensky’s headquarters, a “decree” on the dissolution of the Verkhovna Rada was called a fake

Russia “attacks”, Zelensky “dissolves” - everything is lost! These "horror stories" Ukrainian "gunpowders" excite themselves and others for almost a month after the end of the second round of presidential elections in Ukraine. And so, on May 18, 2019, Irina Pobedonostseva (press secretary of Vladimir Zelensky elected president of Ukraine), told reporters that the draft resolution on the dissolution of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine (parliament, the Verkhovna Rada) published in a number of media was fake and had no relation to reality.

It should be noted that the mentioned “draft decree” actually appeared in the Ukrainian media earlier, which spoke about the early termination of parliament’s powers. According to the text of the “document”, the reason for the dissolution of the Verkhovna Rada was the absence of a coalition. It was clarified that an early election would be scheduled for July 14, 2019, after the new president signed the “decree”, immediately after his inauguration on May 20, 2019.

However, everything turned out to be impossibly primitive. However, no one expected a multi-way combination from the “patriots”. The text of the “decree” appeared in the media before the People’s Front left the ruling coalition on May 17, 2019. And the “document” itself is an example of the collective creativity of frank mediocrity from the headquarters of Petro Poroshenko, who do not even understand the legislation of their own country.

Now the "gunboats" have changed their tactics a bit. They argue that an urgent need to create a new coalition in parliament, otherwise Zelensky will “dissolve” it in 30 days. But during this time, the president has no right to do so.

Our dear Ukrainian “patriots”, finally discover the constitution of your “beloved” country and just read what is written there. Well, at least article 90, it's not difficult. So, it says that the president has no right to dissolve the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine in the last six months of the parliament’s cadence.
