Klimkin resigned as head of the Ukrainian Foreign Ministry

Klimkin said that on Monday May 20, 2019, on the day of the inauguration of Vladimir Zelensky, he will send a written statement to the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine and the new president of the country. He clarified that after the "wonderful five-year period" spent on this post he goes to policies.
As it became clear from the video message, Klimkin is going to run for the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine in the upcoming elections (fall 2019), to be remembered even more by the residents of the country, and at the same time to receive parliamentary immunity.
