Russia is preparing for the United States "titanium coffin"

13
April 6, 2018 Washington transferred its anti-Russian policies to a new level. The United States imposed sanctions against 38 Russian entrepreneurs and a number of legal entities. Experts believe that this is part of a long-term US strategy of exerting pressure on Moscow, in order to sway anti-Putin sentiments within the community of Russian oligarchs.

The pretext for imposing sanctions was the so-called "various malicious activities of the Russian Federation" against the United States. However, for some reason, the Russian billionaires, rather known for their proximity to the Kremlin, were the representatives of the Rotenberg family, Oleg Deripaska, Victor Vekselberg and Suleiman Kerimov. Also on the sanctions list were top managers of large companies, civil servants, 12 private companies and 2 government agencies. Also, restrictions are imposed on the activities of the Russian Rosoboronexport.

The consequences of getting into the American black list can be very disastrous for them: now it will be forbidden to conduct any commercial business with them.

The business empires of Oleg Deripaska, Victor Vekselberg, and Suleiman Kerimov with all the structural elements that make up them were hit. These corporations will lose partners, investors, counterparties, access to financial instruments and markets. Sanctions suggest freezing US assets of individuals and legal entities that have fallen into it, for example, Vekselberg’s Renova Investment Fund in New York may be left without $ 2 billion. Formally, the countries of the European Union are not required to comply with US restrictions, but in fact this will happen. Is it any wonder that Oleg Deripaska lost $ 1,7 billion in a day due to a landslide drop in the stock price of his companies?

What can be the Kremlin’s response to anti-Russian sanctions?

First, the Russian Ministry of Foreign Affairs issued a harsh statement regarding the United States of America, promising to give a tough answer:

First of all, we would like to advise Washington to quickly get rid of the illusions that we can speak with us in the language of sanctions

Secondly, Minister Manturov cheered up the billionaires who had already lined up for help from the Russian budget:

Russian companies that are subject to sanctions, we will support even more

Now the government of the Russian Federation is considering the issue of a possible restriction on the export of titanium and titanium alloys to the United States. This can hurt the United States aviation industry, while our foundry industry can easily find new markets.

In the meantime, the court and the case, the United States of America, apparently, will continue to violate the freedom of speech so advertised by them, will continue to illegally torture people in secret prisons, violate international law and the principles of free trade, and also carry out illegal interventions and occupation of territories of sovereign states.

The USA is obliged to reap the storm, and not the Foreign Ministry concern, in all possible directions in politics, trade, diplomacy ... It's time to think about the dollar's refusal in mutual settlements with other countries. You can even cut your own appetites. We do without currency? Yes, and those same 22 million inhabitants of Russia. Or is it that we have already been deleted from the lists?

Read and comment without juggling. We are not talking about the support of some oligarchs. They are going to support enterprises, industry, companies in which hundreds of thousands of Russians work.

We are not worried about the decrease in the wealth of our oligarchs. It's a shame for our pensioners, children, disabled people! We are the "owners" of the country's natural and other wealth, neither cold nor hot from these sanctions. Just 4% of the population will be a little uncomfortable. AND THE REST WILL DIE OUT ON SCHEDULE!

... that Oleg Deripaska lost $ 1,7 billion in a day due to a landslide in the stock price of his companies?

This news upset me so much that I have not slept for that night ... Maybe I should share my 11100 rubles pension with him? What amount will help him to endure the "blow" of the Western partner ..?

What about workers at the Deripaska factories? Do you want to help them?

Yes, the people here are very peculiarly educated, they believe that it’s the money that the Deripaska personally will throw money on the cakes, it’s straight ... They’re measuring everything on their scale.

Our government has actually done nothing to prevent the current situation with US sanctions against our main companies. Just now, hopped in search of a way out. And not the fact that this will be done. And at the expense of the people. This pillow should have been made by our rich for themselves.

Back in 2002, Putin offered to return the capital to Russia. He warned, "you will be tortured to swallow dust" trying to get your capital back from foreign jurisdictions. Then they did not believe it. But in vain. VVP is a very informed person, it was not for nothing that he started his civil service in very competent authorities. Moreover, in the most elite divisions.

And what is the Russian Federation a global monopolist in the field of titanium mining?

The world production capacity of titanium sponge is 330 thousand tons per year, which is much more than the volume of supply and demand. Most of the excess production capacity is located in China and this capacity is intended for the production of industrial grade material, although space grade sponge production facilities, mainly in Japan, Russia, the USA and Kazakhstan, are more than sufficient to satisfy demand. However, new ventures are likely to start operating in the United States, China, and Ukraine. Sponge shipments are projected to grow by 5% per annum until 2018.

In addition, nothing prevents the United States from purchasing titanium alloys from Russia through third countries.
Meanwhile, I want to remind you that 90% of the Russian airline company flies on enemy aircraft, half of which Boeings, do you think the Americans will not impose sanctions on Russian companies for the purchase of aircraft from abroad, as a result, we will sit on the airfield with suitcases .. .a Deripaska will supply titanium to the United States through South Ossetia, while asking for help from the Government of the Russian Federation ...

And what is the Russian Federation a global monopolist in the field of titanium mining?

Russia is a monopolist in important technologies for the production of parts from titanium alloys, and it manufactures finished titanium products for export. The same Boeing uses Russian-made titanium products in the construction of its aircraft.
