The data of the "black boxes" of the burned-out SSJ-100 became known
We recently reported how the SSJ-5 of Aeroflot Airlines crashed in the Sheremetyevo Airport (Moscow) on the evening of May 2019, 100, and how the 22-year-old flight attendant Maxim Moiseev died heroically saving people from a burning airliner. And so, on May 7, 2019 it became known that a state of emergency could have caused a power surge that occurred when an airliner hit the thunderstorm front, in conjunction with unjustified pilots' actions.
This information was distributed by the agency. Interfax referring to a source familiar with the investigation into the disaster, which killed 41 people. The source confirmed that the experts had already received the first data from the “black boxes” of the burned-out airliner (parametric and speech) and began to analyze them. For clarity, it is necessary to clarify that “black boxes” are called airborne recorders that record the flight parameters of the aircraft and the crew’s voice conversations.
So, according to the data received, after takeoff the SSJ-100 hit the thunderstorm front, which the pilots tried to get around. It is assumed that a voltage surge occurred in the generator, followed by a series of aircraft system failures. After which the crew decided to return to the airport of departure and embarked on an emergency landing.
The source clarified that some actions of pilots raise questions. For example, when approaching the runway (runway), the airliner began to fall under the glide path, while the crew “for some unknown reason” began to increase speed. As a result, the airliner landed closer to the middle of the runway with increased speed. It should be noted that the glide path is the flight path of the aircraft along which it decreases.
In addition, the SSJ-100 pilots made a series of mistakes after landing, which supposedly accelerated the spread of fire in the airliner. For example, the pilots for some reason opened a window in the cockpit, which could increase air draft and, as a result, the burning rate, and also did not turn off the engines that worked until they were put out. It should be added that according to the available information, the error of the pilots is the priority version of the investigators.
