In Kuzbass, doctors and nurses were going to pay a million rubles
The Russian authorities were seriously concerned about material assistance to provincial doctors, paramedics and nurses, especially specialists in scarce medical professions.
In particular, in the Kuzbass it was decided to pay 1 million rubles to doctors in short specialties and paramedical personnel who are working to work in feldsher-obstetric centers.
For the designated purpose in the regional budget it is planned to lay 20 million rubles. However, a logical question arises here - is it not enough for 20 medical specialists of different levels and qualifications per year for a whole region of the country? Indeed, some specialists come to work, while others retire, someone is being transferred to other regions.
Deficient specialties include, according to the established list, such professions as anesthesiologist, resuscitator, neonatologist, oncologist, pathologist, radiologist, infectious disease specialist, forensic expert, traumatologist, TB specialist, emergency medical specialist.
In addition, it is planned to increase the enrollment of students in medical colleges of Kuzbass, which train specialists of secondary medical profile. The only question is whether the young specialists will then go to work in the same feldsher-midwife centers, especially in rural areas. Indeed, now people expect not only high salaries, but also tolerable living conditions.
