Russia did not stand on ceremony with London

While the Englishwoman Teresa May seeks to spoil Russian-British relations as much as possible, Russia every time reminds: for sending such needs in the wrong place, an appropriate punishment follows.

Since after the mutual expulsion of an equal number of diplomats, Britain continued its anti-Russian steps in the international arena, the right to move again passed to Russia. It turns out that for many years there has been a bias in the number of diplomatic staff. More than fifty employees worked more in the British diplomatic missions in Russia than in the Russian diplomatic mission in Britain. London will no longer have this privilege, and London itself is to blame.

According to Maria Zakharova, an official representative of the Russian Foreign Ministry, now these five dozen people will have to return to their state so that there is parity in the number of employees with the Russian side. For this they are given a month.

On her Facebook page, the Foreign Ministry spokeswoman recalled that earlier the parties sent 23 diplomats each. According to her, further measures of Russia are connected with the British campaign in the EU:

London conducted a campaign to expel Russian diplomats from the EU and several other countries. Moscow replied to this: “In response to the British side, within one month, the corresponding number of employees of the British Embassy in Moscow and the British Consulate General in Russia should be brought into line with the number of Russian diplomats and administrative and technical workers who are located on long business trips in the UK ”

Zakharova said that at present Britain has a numerical superiority of diplomatic mission staff of more than 50 people. Now "parity is proposed."

It should be recalled that all this “diplomatic storm” is connected with the so-called Skripal affair. Britain accuses Russia of poisoning its agent Sergei Skripal and his daughter Julia with the strongest nerve poison Novichok. At the same time, according to numerous media reports, Julia Skripal has already regained consciousness that it would not have been possible if the poison that the British authorities had said were actually used. There is still no evidence of Russia's guilt in this matter. But the escalation of hostility continues.

Earlier, on March 30, London took another unfriendly step - a forced search at Heathrow Airport of a Russian Aeroflot airline that flew to Moscow. And, although Britain claims that this was a common procedure in the fight against organized crime, it is difficult not to link this act with recent events in connection with the Skripal case. British Prime Minister Teresa May said in her “historic” speech that the screening of aircraft and cargo from Russia would be strengthened. In connection with this incident, the Russian Embassy in London demanded an explanation from the British authorities. The Russian Foreign Ministry regarded the search as a provocation.

Now Britain expects a reduction in its diplomatic missions in Russia as part of the establishment of parity. Actually, this measure has matured for a long time.

And, it was before, only secretly or by someone else's hands. I’m even glad that the "masks have been torn off." In fact, it turns out that they are not that smart, but quite the opposite. As soon as we paused for a while, their fantasy ended immediately. Yes and if not for the stock of action films in England, from where they get the next "thoughtful combinations" - just right at least "porridge-sir" is over crying
