The Supreme Court of the Chechen Republic refused to write off debts for gas
The Supreme Court of the Chechen Republic quashed the decision to write off debts for gas to the population of the region. The amount of debt, recall, is about 9 billion rubles.
A decision to write off debts was issued in January 2019 by the Zavodsky District Court of Grozny. The district court then explained the decision by saying that the debts are hopeless in recovery.
