Medvedev: Female leaders are better than male leaders

According to the Prime Minister, as soon as a person “walked the earth”, it is clear whether he will turn out to be a leader or not. Medvedev also pointed out the need to read Russian and foreign classics in order to have the intellectual development necessary for a leadership position.
Meanwhile, in practice, it turns out that women are still harder to reach career heights than men. Thus, the Hays recruiting company claims that more than 50 percent of women face barriers that prevent them from reaching leadership positions. And Deputy Prime Minister Olga Golodets last month pointed out that women's wages are lower than men’s by 30 percent.
