Abyzov is considered a person close to Arkady Dvorkovich and Anatoly Chubais.
Recall that Abyzov was detained on suspicion of fraud and the creation of an organized criminal community. At least the fact that Dvorkovich sent a guarantee in defense of the detained Abyzov testifies to the trusting relationship between him and Arkady Dvorkovich.
