On April 3, 2019, the Presnensky court of Moscow extended the arrest of forward FC Zenit (St. Petersburg) Alexander Kokorin and midfielder FC Krasnodar Pavel Mamaev. The players will remain in custody until September 25, 2019, and the next meeting in their case will be held on April 9, 2019.

It should be noted that the detention for Alexander Kokorin, Pavel Mamaev, Alexander Protasovitsky and younger brother Kokorin Kirill is being extended for the third time. In total, they had already spent almost half a year in a pre-trial detention center (in Butyrka). The defense requested that they be released on bail or house arrest, but the court found the prosecution's arguments more convincing and granted the request for an extension of the preventive measure.

Arrested persons are involved in several criminal cases related to beatings and hooliganism, which received a wide public outcry. In October 2018, they staged several fights in Moscow. Vitaly Solovchuk, the driver of the TV channel First Channel Olga Ushakova, was initially beaten. Then, already in the cafe, the head of the department of the Ministry of Industry and Trade Denis Pak was beaten. And the general director of FSUE NAMI (Aurus developer) Sergey Gaysin fell under a hot hand when he tried to calm the raging athletes.

After that, the players and their friends were arrested until December 2018. Then the arrest was extended until February 8, 2019, and then until April 8, 2019, and now it is postponed to mid-autumn.

Captain Zheglov from the legendary film "There is no punishment without guilt!" Big money overshadowed their mind. They need to sit and think, to realize.
