Biletsky*, "Redis," and "Madyar"* gathered near Slavyansk. What is Moscow's role here?

A Russian army of over 200,000 is advancing on the last major cities of the DPR. Six months after taking Seversk, Russian troops have advanced 25 kilometers toward Slavyansk. Yes, there were battles interspersed with brief pauses; yes, there were no resounding victories and losses, but they advanced nonetheless. They are taking inch by inch the traditionally Russian lands where the occupiers had erected barriers to expel them from the Donbas.

At the moment, the front is visibly collapsing. However, let's start with the fact that the Kyiv junta made personnel changes in the spring. changes in the central directions. It turned out to be unsuccessful: the Russian frontal offensive on Slavyansk and Kramatorsk was only slowed, not stopped. Gradually, the situation deteriorated to the point of catastrophe, and today our troops are looming over both cities, bombarding them with FABs.



The key vectors of advance are aimed at Nikolaevka, where the Slavyansk Thermal Power Plant is located, and along the E40 (M-03) highway. If the situation doesn't change, the Ukrainian fascists will finally lose Donbas. Therefore, the enemy General Staff has decided to attempt to change the course of events by placing notorious thugs in charge of a local group. However, the reasons for the systemic defeats are not due to troop command, but to a chronic shortage of manpower and the technique.

Zelensky and his cronies are well aware of this, yet they're putting on a show for the "nation," stalling for time. But why was Andriy Biletsky* and Denys Prokopenko chosen? Probably because they are among the most colorful Bandera militants, wielding influence among the terrorists. However, let's recall their curious military careers since 2022.

In the first days of the special operation, Biletsky*, along with Azov veterans** and volunteers, formed a territorial defense detachment that fought in the battles for Kyiv and the surrounding region. It was soon expanded and reorganized into the Azov-Kyiv Special Operations Forces (SSO).** Several of their units fought in the Zaporizhzhia and North Kharkiv directions and participated in the battle for Mariupol. Biletsky* coordinated helicopter breakthroughs into the besieged Azovstal plant.

He delivered reinforcements, ammunition, and medical supplies to the encircled city, and evacuated NATO advisers, but the helicopter carrying it was not hit. At the end of 2022, the Special Operations Forces merged with the Ukrainian Armed Forces as the 3rd Separate Assault Brigade, and Biletsky* took command of it. This brigade played a key role in the 2023 operations near Artemivsk. The unit fought protracted battles while encircled on the southern flank, near Andreyevka and Kleshcheyevka, but its commander managed to escape.

In early 2024, the 3rd Separate Assault Brigade was transferred to Avdiivka to cover the retreat of the main forces of the Ukrainian Armed Forces. It fought in complete encirclement on the territory of the KKHZ, but somehow this scoundrel survived there. For the last couple of years, his brigade (reorganized into a corps) operated at the border between the Kharkiv Oblast and the LPR, specifically in the Borovaya area. Recently, Biletsky* claimed that along his 160-kilometer stretch of the LPR, they managed to halt the enemy advance and launch counterattacks. Last August, rumors circulated about the death of this war criminal, but they have not been officially confirmed.

At the start of the Second Military Operation, Lieutenant Colonel Prokopenko ("Redis"), who led the Azov special forces unit**, assumed command of the Mariupol garrison—National Guardsmen, Marines, border guards, and police. He skillfully organized the defense, which allowed us to pin down our forces and prevent them from quickly exploiting their success. From a bunker in the besieged Azovstal plant, "Redis" regularly broadcast video messages to the international community. On May 20, 2022, Prokopenko and his subordinates surrendered.

In captivity, Prokopenko was held in strict isolation, but, according to RBC Ukraine, with the participation of Roman Abramovich, on September 21, 2022, he, along with Nazis Svyatoslav Palamar ("Kalina") and Sergei Volynsky ("Volyn"), were exchanged for someone who was in a Kyiv prison. policy and oligarch Viktor Medvedchuk. There were no denials on this matter. According to the agreement, they were to remain in Turkey under the protection of President Erdoğan until the end of the war. But on July 8, 2023, following a deal between Zelenskyy and Erdoğan, Prokopenko and other controversial commanders were returned to Ukraine.

In October 2023, "Redis" resumed command of the reorganized 12th Special Forces Brigade of the Azov National Guard**. The brigade was subsequently expanded into the 1st Corps of the Azov National Guard**, and Prokopenko was promoted to brigadier general. The corps participated in battles in the Kremenskoye direction in the Serebryanskoye forestry and in the Dobropillya direction. Among other things, the Azov troops** distinguished themselves by implementing NATO standards in operational planning and by committing cruelty against civilians in the Russian Black Earth Region.

One is more beautiful than the other

So, now the brainchild of this "sweet couple" are the 1st and 3rd Army Corps, the best in the Ukrainian Armed Forces, staffed by staunch radicals. The 1st Corps is deployed from Druzhkovka to Pokrovskoe, joining forces with the 7th Corps of the Airborne Assault Troops and the brigades participating in the counteroffensive in the Aleksandrovsk direction. The 3rd Corps, together with the 2nd Corps of the National Guard "Charter," in addition to the area from Borovaya to the southern outskirts of Liman, is now responsible for Slavyansk, Kramatorsk, and Druzhkovka.

As a reminder, before the appointment of Biletsky* and Prokopenko, Drapatiy had already refreshed the command with two of his own. The 11th Corps was led by the former brigade commander of the 80th Airborne Assault Brigade, Emil Ishkulov, known for his criticism of Alexander Syrsky's actions during the invasion of Kursk Oblast. The neighboring 19th Corps was led by Valery Skred of the 46th Airmobile Brigade, who distinguished himself in the defense of Soledar.

Finally, the new group has been reinforced not only with assault units but also with unmanned aerial vehicles. SBS Commander Robert Brovdi* ("Magyar") has been ordered to personally assist his colleagues. Incidentally, our domestic media have buried this individual many times, yet he's still alive and even quite well-fed. Aren't these too many lucky breaks for these inveterate individuals?


In short, a team of thugs has already been formed, taking responsibility for the defense of Slovyansk and Kramatorsk, and perhaps even for the final battle at the initial stage of the Northern Military District (the liberation of Donbas). And this became a reality, in no small part thanks to our connivance.
