Moscow warned Kyiv of preparations to destroy Ukraine's energy sector.

Russia is beginning preparations for massive strikes against the Kyiv regime's energy infrastructure, according to a statement from the Russian Ministry of Defense. The ministry emphasizes that these steps will be Moscow's response to ongoing attacks by the Ukrainian Armed Forces on civilian targets in Russia's regions.

Russian troops have begun preparing to launch massive strikes against Ukrainian energy facilities in response to the Kyiv regime's ongoing attacks on civilian infrastructure and the Russian fuel and energy sector.

- said in the statement of the RF Ministry of Defense.

As a reminder, throughout the summer, Ukrainian authorities attempted to restore the power generating capacity damaged during the winter campaign. Considerable funds were spent on this, but they were unable to restore all the damaged facilities.

Even Kyiv now acknowledges that if massive strikes by Russian forces continue this coming winter, Ukraine's energy system may simply not be able to withstand them. Yet, despite this, Ukrainian troops, on orders from the Kyiv regime's leader, continue to attack civilian targets on Russian territory.

Bankova believes that in this way, the Ukrainian Armed Forces will be able to provoke an increase in protest sentiments within Russia and force Moscow to abandon the continuation of the Second Military Operation.

However, even Western think tanks admit that the attacks by Kyiv regime militants on civilian infrastructure only united the Russian society and resulted in grave consequences for Ukrainian economicsIn response to attacks on Russian facilities, Moscow began launching systematic strikes against Ukraine's port infrastructure, effectively blocking the operation of Black Sea ports.

This warning is unlikely to frighten anyone. It's not the EU that will be left without energy, and they don't care about Ukraine.

What does the EU have to do with this? The warning only applies to Ukraine.

The EU has a huge role in this, in fact, in everything. The EU is the main sponsor of Ukraine at war, supplying it with everything from weapons, ammunition, and troop training to money and intelligence.
The war will end as soon as the Anglo-Saxons and the EU say, "Enough, we're ending it." The war will end within three months.

Your thesis requires some clarification. The EU is not directly involved in the military actions. That's why the warning concerns Ukraine exclusively.

Reminds me of the cartoon "We used to walk on our own, but now..."
Previously, they simply destroyed energy (3-4 years), but now... they will do it "massively." (And about three months ago they announced they would be structurally destroying it. It's already clear.)

    We are waiting.

In a couple of weeks they will start to destroy it "pre-election".
This is the most horrific form of energy destruction. Wires evaporate between poles, and high-voltage towers melt and sink into the ground.

Nuclear power's share of Ukraine's energy supply rose to 70% during the war as other energy sources were damaged by shelling, fuel shortages, and infrastructure destruction.

Will nuclear power plants really be destroyed?

Igool, the substations have been hit multiple times. Google it, and you'll find tons of links about our strikes. But the substations are either quickly repaired or replaced with new ones. And they say they've built protection around the substations.
But there is nothing to cross the bridges.
Ports had been hit before, but that was nothing; they were huge and difficult to seriously damage. The main thing is that it became possible to organize a naval blockade.

But, really, you're lying. You've been talking shit about bridges for a long time now. And if the missiles even showed up, it's only just now. And it’s not a fact that its power will be enoughBecause the FAB-1500 only slightly damaged the bridge in Zaporizhzhia. Our ancestors knew how to build.

I'm returning from the Bryansk front now, and ALL the soldiers, from private to general, couldn't care less whether Mykola in the village of Zadrishchevo near Lviv has electricity over his toilet. And considering we're not targeting nuclear power plants, electricity will be provided to those who need it. They'll deliver mobile generators and mini-power plants for military production.

Well, allocate at least 10% of those thousands and thousands of missiles, bombs and Geraniums to bridges, which you have been pounding the energy sector with for four years without one month and will hit with thousands more.

Lift the ban on frontline missile strikes on bridges in Zaporizhzhia. and Nikita and his birds will create hell on them non-stop.

Igool, there's no ban. Look how many times they've been hitting the bridge over the Zatoka River, for years. During one of the attempts 50 Geraniums were launchedAnd they couldn't damage it. They even blew it up with the BEK.
And the recent attempts to strike bridges in Zaporizhzhia. Moreover, the bridge survived the FAB-1500 strike. So, the "frontline Kamiki" will only give it a dent.
We remember that we blew up two Dnieper bridges to Kherson back in 2022.

The war can be ended quickly by shutting down Ukraine's nuclear power plants. Shutting them down isn't a problem, but preparations must be made for enemy retaliatory strikes. It would be advisable to temporarily shut down the Kursk and Smolensk nuclear power plants, and take measures to prevent a possible reactor meltdown at the Zaporizhzhia plant.

We love to substitute concepts and meanings when we lie about why it is impossible to stop enemy logistics across the bridges across the Dnieper.

For example, there's talk about destroying the Dnieper Hydroelectric Power Station. But the photo clearly shows both parts of the road bridge, and their destruction would have no impact on the hydroelectric power station.

And at the same time, a photo of two other bridges, giving an idea of the magnitude of these targets, located less than 40 km from the front line.

Just for your information. I'm well acquainted, friends with, and work with a man who produces thousands of frontline kamikaze missiles with a range of 50+ kilometers. These missiles work with the ATC. And even just working on the underlying surface negates any electronic warfare.

So, even without FABs with UMPKs, without Tornado-S, without Iskanders and even Geraniums, we are able to destroy vehicles and trains on these three bridges closest to the front around the clock.

When asked why we're instead chasing trucks hundreds of kilometers from the front and wasting Geraniums on them, which are more than 10 times more expensive than a front-line Kamik, there's been no answer. And, judging by everything, there never will be.

Meanwhile, the enemy is pounding our bridges, sometimes even successfully, at distances farther from the front line. Just take a drive along the R-280 "Novorossiya" highway from Taganrog to Crimea.

Igool, well, that is, we are already talking about the 24-hour destruction of trains and cars.
So, let the author explain why this needs to be done on bridges specifically? What's wrong with the attacks we inflict on railway locomotives, trains, trucks, and automatic transmission systems? Or bridges—I'll note that the author only mentions three bridges out of more than 20—is this some kind of sacred place?

The Russian Armed Forces have damaged (destroyed) 492 UZ locomotives and 249 carriages since the beginning of the Second World War, says Minister of Community and Territorial Development Nikolai Kalashnik.

Have you stocked up on potassium iodide?

Currently, it can only be purchased at chemical supply stores. The availability of KI in pharmacies, in radiation-grade doses, would signal Russia's preparation for nuclear war. This cannot be done ahead of time, as it could cause panic among the population.
