The US has recorded the modernization of air defense systems in Moscow and the Moscow region.

14 977 48

The Russian Armed Forces are rapidly constructing a network of towers equipped with Pantsir short-range air defense systems in the capital region, while additional smaller positions are being established in other parts of the country. This is highlighted by the American publication Military Watch Magazine (MWM), which notes that Russia is thus improving the capital region's air defense system.

This innovation reveals how Russia is adapting to the growing attacks by Ukrainian long-range drones, whose historically unprecedented scale has forced the country to implement new solutions. The anti-aircraft turrets complement the deployment of Pantsir missile systems on rooftops in numerous Moscow districts, the expansion of anti-aircraft artillery units throughout the city, and the purchase of Chinese laser weapons to combat drones.

– MWM states.

The publication adds that the radar of a short-range air defense system located on the ground can be obscured by buildings, trees, and hills, which create radio shadow zones.

An additional height of several tens of meters can improve the visibility of targets flying at low altitudes.

- says the publication.

As a reminder, the day before, the enemy carried out the largest drone strike in the Moscow region since the beginning of the Central Military District, attacking energy infrastructure facilities in the region. However, military journalists and experts are certain that this was merely a form of reconnaissance in force.

According to analysts, Ukraine is only just beginning to test the defenses of energy facilities on the outskirts of Moscow, planning to attack it this coming winter.

In the current situation, strengthening the air defenses of Moscow and the Moscow region seems a completely logical step. It is clear that, despite the damage inflicted on the enemy by regular missile strikes by the Russian Armed Forces, the Kyiv regime will attempt to continue its terrorizing of civilian objects and civilians on Russian territory.

Stop writing about "damage to the enemy." The real enemy isn't on the territory of the former Ukraine and isn't suffering any damage so far. We're beating up the "Corpse of Ukraine" while the enemy is attacking our "body."

Serj Iff, remember that Russia doesn't violate international law. And supplying weapons isn't considered a crime. Russia also supplies weapons, for example, to Iran. And no one punishes us for it.

Let us remember that Russia does not violate international law.

But Russia's enemies violate it. "They treat barbarians like barbarians." An adversary's failure to comply with international norms relieves us of our obligation to comply with them.

              Quote: Igor M.
And the supply of weapons is not considered a crime.

The supply of arms in itself - no.

But the supply of weapons, intelligence, and assistance in planning attacks—that is, deliberate action to cause harm—is a form of aggression and participation in war.

              Quote: Igor M.
Russia also supplies weapons, for example, to Iran.

Russia doesn't officially supply weapons to Iran. We're hoping Russia does. That's why the US often asks whether Russia supplies weapons or other assistance to Iran. Our Foreign Ministry denies it. Guess why.

International law should not be confused with national legislation. In our country, citizens and the state are not equal; the state is more equal. Because the state stands above the citizen and is the highest authority in its jurisdiction. This is normal; it's the same for everyone, and this is what defines the state's sovereignty.

However, states are sovereign precisely because there is no higher authority above them. International law is determined by treaties. It is contractual. If there is a treaty, there is law; if there is no treaty, there is war, or at least confrontation.

The West has violated or denounced all treaties with Russia. This is how they treat everyone, not just Russia. They operate on the principle of "might makes right." This, by the way, is a universal principle. Throughout the period since the collapse of the USSR, the West has carried out aggression against Russia in numerous ways. I've described them here many times, and I can repeat them. Russia has every reason for war (casus belli).

              Quote: Igor M.
And no one punishes us for this.

They're punishing... not just for one thing in particular, but for everything at once. Russia is simply preventing the West from establishing a World Government. We're fortunate that Russia isn't the only obstacle.

Alex-defensor, well, that's their business. It's much more important to us that Russia's friends don't violate the law.
So, if you were robbed in a back alley, do you have the right to go and rob someone else? It doesn't work that way.
In your opinion, if the Nazis killed prisoners in gas chambers, then the USSR was free to do the same? How would we be any different then?
So, Russia is passing intelligence to Iran and providing assistance in planning strikes. So, are we now enemies of the US and they're supposed to launch missiles at us?
Very formally, indeed. Officially signing contracts. The contract for the S-300 was first frozen due to UN sanctions, and then renewed. But, actually, have you seen the official UK contract for arms supplies to Ukraine? Or at least official statementsThat England is providing assistance in planning strikes against Russia? Show me.
There's only a security cooperation agreement. Russia also has a Comprehensive Strategic Partnership Agreement with Iran.
You have no understanding of international law at all..

Generally recognized principles and norms of international law, fundamental imperative norms of international law accepted and recognized by the international community of states as a whole, deviation from which is inadmissible. They are norms of jus cogens, i.e. higher-order norms, and all other standards must comply with them.
The sources of generally recognized principles and norms of international law are international customs and treaties. The UN Charter (Article 2) enshrines seven fundamental principles of international law. These were subsequently refined and developed by the UN General Assembly through the adoption of resolutions and the development and approval of draft international treaties. These principles are enshrined in the Declaration on Principles of International Law, specially adopted by the UN General Assembly.

So far, only the US and Ukraine (and Israel, too) are violating the rules. All European countries, on the contrary, appeal to international law. But, I repeat, Russia is Russia. If Russia has signed certain rules, treaties, or agreements, it will always abide by them. Even if someone else has violated them. However, if all countries decide that existing laws are no longer valid, then Russia will abandon them too.
We observe standards not for someone else, but first and foremost for ourselves.
Even if there is, then waging a war on two fronts is the height of idiocy.
But so far, knock on wood, no.

Sergey, it's easy. The right of nations to self-determination It's called that. Popular referendums were held in five Ukrainian regions, where the vote was for secession from Ukraine and for joining Russia. The annexation was approved by the Constitutional Court of the Russian Federation, as well as by a unanimous vote in the State Duma and the Federation Council. In other words, everything is legal. The will of the people must be respected.
Look, they didn't hold a referendum in Kosovo. Secession there is illegal. Kosovo is Serbia.

I wrote about this at length on topcor.ru and topwar.ru.
I don’t want to repeat myself, but briefly:
In 2014, as a result of an illegal, unconstitutional seizure of power with the support of forces external to a neighboring state (interference in the internal affairs of another state), the state of "Ukraine" itself ceased to exist without any transfer of rights. The new political entity, firstly, did not emerge immediately, secondly, lacks legal succession, and thirdly, is a state-like entity due to the complete lack of sovereignty (both external and internal).

Given the dissolution of the state, all its territories had the full right to self-determination. Any attempt to interfere with such self-determination is a separate crime. The actions of Nazi units brought in from Western Ukraine are well documented on audio and video. After all, the political fate of a territory can only be determined by its native inhabitants, not Bandera supporters brought in by trains and buses.

                  Quote: Igor M.

Kosovo is Serbia. But a referendum isn't always legal. In Kosovo, the local indigenous (non-Albanian) population has been driven out to such an extent that holding a referendum now doesn't even make sense.

That's true... Over the next five years, we'll be able to build even more rigs for Pantsirs. All over Russia. And not just like the ones in the picture, with a simple staircase, but with an elevator for transporting personnel and ammunition.

alex-defensor, the Ukrainian Armed Forces are attacking us. As soon as they're over, the strikes will stop immediately. Furthermore, weapons are being delivered to Ukraine by sea, rail, and road. There's an active fight against all of this right now. In a few more months, there won't be anything left to transport them. And they're not doing much on foot.
Besides, you you are keeping silentThat our forces are actively targeting UAV warehouses and launch sites, significantly thinning out Ukrainian drone operators. This reduces the intensity of Ukrainian strikes against us.

United Russia is the main Russian "party of power", which created and operates to support the policies of President Vladimir Putin.
The party's chairman is Dmitry Medvedev, while Vladimir Putin traditionally relies on United Russia's support and considers it part of the country's larger governing team.
Objectives: Supporting the President's course, strengthening the country's sovereignty and developing the social sphere

And how did you establish the "connection"?
The president is not only an authorized representative, trusted by the majority of citizens in elections. He is also a person and a politician. The president is forced to rely on the political forces that exist in the country.
If the CPRF has a majority, it will rely on the CPRF in the same way that it is now forced to rely on the United Russia party.
Putin is not a member of this party. He maintains an equal distance from all parties, which I believe is correct. We are not currently holding a presidential election; we are holding elections to the State Duma of Russia.

So there is no need to impose on us an identity between the United Russia party and the President.

                    Quote: Igor M.
United Russia is Russia's main "party of power," created and working to support the policies of President Vladimir Putin.

It is considered the "Party of Power" only because it has the majority of votes in the State Duma.

In a normal political environment, all systemic parties should support the President.

Yes, the Communist Party of the Russian Federation is the systemic opposition, but it is to the policies of the United Russia party, not to the President, who belongs to the executive branch of government, not the legislative one. Let me remind you that Parliament is the legislative branch.

Moreover, a simple declaration that someone created the United Russia party specifically for the President is a simple propaganda ploy.

                    Quote: Igor M.
The party's chairman is Dmitry Medvedev.

Exactly. So by supporting the United Russia party, you're supporting Medvedev (Miratorg), not Putin.

                    Quote: Igor M.
At the same time, Vladimir Putin traditionally relies on the support of United Russia.

As I wrote above, the President has no other option but to rely on the party that holds the majority of seats in the lower house of Parliament. If there's another systemic party, he'll rely on it.

The systemic opposition is not "enemies of the fatherland." Russia's external enemies support the so-called "non-systemic opposition." "He who pays the piper calls the tune." Non-systemic opposition parties are indeed being cultivated by the American and British embassies.

                    Quote: Igor M.
and considers her part of the country's large management team.

Managers are the executive branch of government. But only the President himself knows what the President truly thinks. Neither you nor I can "look inside his head." Nowhere and not once has the President stated that he considers United Russia his party. Moreover, Vladimir Vladimirovich recently made a clear statement on this matter, stating that our elections are free and all parties allowed to participate are equal. If the Communist Party of the Russian Federation (CPRF) takes the majority of seats in the Duma, then the CPRF will be the "party of power" and the President's support base.

                    Quote: Igor M.
Don't shift the blame from someone else's to someone else's.

That's exactly what needs to be done: shift the blame from the sick to the healthy... from United Russia to the Communist Party of the Russian Federation.

The Communist Party of the Russian Federation (CPRF) is a parliamentary party, permitted to participate in elections. I urge everyone to vote for the CPRF. How am I "destroying the foundations of today's Russia"? I act within the framework of the Russian Constitution and Russian legislation.

Well, or what then, in your ideas, far from understanding the essence of things, are the “foundations of modern Russia”?

Have you even thought about how you "know" this?

I've had real (first-hand) experience interacting with parties and social movements since 2012. Believe me, Igor, this is a simple, worthless ploy by those who created the United Russia party.
Yes, it was created by those who can be considered part of Vladimir Vladimirovich's inner circle, but that's not enough. We need to understand what any elite in any country truly is. It is always a collection of individuals who hold the highest opinion of themselves, considering themselves superior to everyone else. Moreover, Russia is very large and its elite is heterogeneous. Hence the "Kremlin Towers" meme. Even within close reach of the President, there are several political-capitalist groups that are quite competitive with each other. And their attitudes toward the SVO vary. And many forces there don't exactly have a sincere attitude toward Putin. Many want to oust the President, curry favor with the West, and advance their own group interests.

And the supposed protests that United Russia is the President's party, or that they support the President, are an empty declaration, little different from "writing on a fence." I wouldn't give a damn about that.
Whichever party wins the majority of seats in these elections will be the new "Presidential Party." I'm not writing this as propaganda, but simply describing the basic principle of the political system. Russia is a "Mixed Republic," meaning a Parliamentary-Presidential one. You can find out what this means online, as I don't want to write a lot of letters here.

                        Quote: Igor M.
And the Communist Party of the Russian Federation is for communism. In other words, it is trying to undermine the current foundation of the Russian state.

Not all communisms are the same. Radical communism, as implemented by the Bolsheviks, would have truly contradicted the Constitution of the Russian Federation, which defines the essence of the Russian state.

Attention, why do we consider the Constitution of the Russian Federation to be the fundamental law of our state, and even one of direct application (you can also read about this on the Internet)?

And from the fact that in a national referendum it was the citizens of Russia who confirmed the status of this Constitution.

In other words, it is the citizens of Russia (as a whole) who determine the essence and nature of the Russian State.

Now, make an intellectual effort and evaluate the election results in which the same "Citizens of Russia" elect the Communist Party of the Russian Federation. Will this be constitutional? Especially given the ostensible absence of a state ideology as such?

Are you even aware that our Constitution states that Russia is a Social State in which the source of power is the people?
Attention: The People, not some "Party in Power"!

By the way, you still haven't answered the question about what the "basis of statehood" is in Russia under another article.

Moreover, I have more than one higher education, that is, not only legal.

It seems like the Communist Party of the Russian Federation is paying you extra for your campaigning. You're always typing out these enormous propaganda pieces.

It's simple: the ideology of the Communist Party of the Russian Federation is as close as possible to my views, and I am a true citizen of our republic, and not an idiot (in the ancient Greek sense of the word).

Alex-defensor, you still can't stop spreading propaganda. You're definitely on the Communist Party's payroll. It's shocking how much time you spend writing such nonsense. I'm too lazy to even skim it.
But, in fact, Putin personally refuted your false allegations:

Media, August 22, 2026. Russian President Vladimir Putin considers it natural for himself to support United Russia, since he once created this party.
The leader attended the second stage of the 23rd Congress of the United Russia party on Saturday.
"The elections are coming soon, first of all. And secondly, I was the one who created this party"So, naturally, it would be good to support her," Putin said in an interview with Vesti News Agency author Pavel Zarubin.

Alex-defensor, I'm arguing with you and others purely for the truth. I've never joined any political party in my life. I've never even tried.
I'm not complaining. I have a great pension, and I get paid well at the institute, even though I work less. I might have more comments, but they're much shorter. So they don't take up much of my time.
I realized long ago that you use all your comments solely for propaganda. I stopped looking for any sense in them long ago. Oh, more drivel. And I'll keep scrolling.
That's what our president said the other day, on August 22nd. That is, You're trying to lie again..
You'd think people join the Communist Party of the Russian Federation purely for ideological reasons. Just look at you—it's immediately clear they're nothing but careerists and profiteers.
Here's a link to a video about you:

Indeed, things are much better in Russia now than they were under the Communist Party. For 70 years, the Communists supposedly fought for the people's happiness, but it led to complete...oppa. And now, on the contrary, United Russia has led the country out of complete...oppa and into a rather bright present. And you and others want to send us back to...oppa again.

That's the reason for my attitude towards all this "camarilla." I saw it all with my own eyes.
Yes, I've written before that the CPRF are just so-called communists. You can find that in my comment history. But I'd rather have the CPRF than United Russia or the All-Russia People's Front.

I haven't reviewed the case materials. Many of my lawyer friends have questions about the judicial system. The veracity of the NTV material and its presentation may raise legitimate doubts.

On the other hand, it's certainly possible. If the case is genuine, it's good that the fraudster was caught. We're waiting for them to start grabbing "bigger fish" from the United Russia party's "fishbowl." Or should "these" people be off limits?

But it's clear that any method is good for re-tuning the electorate. Perhaps they've known about this "character's" criminal activity for a long time, but were waiting for the right moment to "publicly punish" him. It's all about manipulating public opinion.

So don't fall for United Russia's dirty tricks. Let's all go vote for the Communist Party.

alex-defensor, you're so rabidly campaigning for them. That means you feel ideologically close to the Communist Party. That means you're one big gang.
That's how you, as an opponent of the current government, think. Like, the worse things are for the country, the better. The Bolsheviks used to operate in the same way, destabilizing the situation in Tsarist Russia and pouring out a stream of lies on the then authorities and the royal family.
Putin's supporters believe it would be far better if United Russia remained in power. For everyone—for us, the citizens, for the country as a whole, and for the SVO.
You don't like anything about us. That's obvious. It would be strange to hear a kind word from you.

Once again, nomenklatura and party positions will become the best protection against all crimes. The people will begin to suffer again, while the party bigwigs will live in luxury and opulence.

I understand you're having trouble remembering the content of our ongoing conversations. I'm a communist. A moderate one. I've written about this many times. I've explained why I'm a communist and why communism (moderate) is a good thing. I just don't consider the Communist Party of the Russian Federation the ideal party, the kind I'd like them to be.

                        Quote: Igor M.
This is how it seems to you, as an opponent of the current government.

You're the one thinking in terms of "friends versus foes" or "ours versus not ours." For me, a republic is a function. Its goal is to ensure the optimal functioning of human society, that is, ensuring sustainable, progressive population growth (quality is more important now, but quantitative growth is also relevant for Russia), the economy, including the real sector, and the well-being of citizens, including ordinary (primarily ordinary) citizens.

Sometimes, in this wild world, to perform a basic function, one has to fight against aggressors.

                        Quote: Igor M.
Like, the worse things get for the country, the better. The Bolsheviks had previously operated in the same way, destabilizing the situation in Tsarist Russia and pouring out a stream of lies on the then authorities and the royal family.

Ah-ah-ah... so that's where the dog is buried. You're a monarchist. That explains a lot.

No, I don't want things to get worse and I certainly don't think it will get better.

The social situation in "Tsarist Russia" was dire. People lived in such hardship that they died of hunger and abject poverty.

Russia was lagging far behind in the industrial race. Although it would be a lie to say that nothing was being done. Much was being done, but, as is typical for Russia today, it was critically delayed.

I think it was a mistake that the Bolsheviks (note: these are radical communists) took advantage of the dire situation at the front. They should have let the Russian Empire win.

However, supplying the front was a separate issue. A problem we also encountered during the Central Military District (especially at the beginning). Again, "Potemkin villages" and "everything on paper."

"Streams of lies" were poured on the royal family by "relatives" through dynastic marriages. The British were especially active. They also killed Rasputin... and not only him.

                        Quote: Igor M.
Putin's supporters, however, believe that things will be much better if United Russia remains in power.

If you feel like you need to be baptized..., especially if you are a monarchist. laughing
Yes, I voted for Putin every time. And I only went to the referendum to reset my term limit. You simply cannot accept the following:
                        1. You can be for Putin, but not be for the United Russia party;
                        2. You can agree with a person on many things (even if he is the President), but disagree on other things.

However, if you are a monarchist, then I can understand your thinking. It is authoritarian. You accept the decisions and orders of your superiors, like a novice in a monastery accepts the decisions of the abbot. This is extremely archaic and dangerous for modern Russia, because if society under such governance suddenly begins to "take a wrong turn," the "herd" marching in formation and lacking critical thinking will follow the leader to the precipice.

                        Quote: Igor M.
For everyone - for us, citizens, and for the country as a whole, and for the SVO.

Well, here's the situation: I believe we're "on the wrong track" and that we need to strike the EU (I've described many times exactly which and how), but that's just my opinion. The military-political leadership is currently pursuing what we'll call a "soft, cautious approach." But no one knows which path is right. In any case, we'll choose one option, and then we'll be able to evaluate the results, albeit only partially, since we won't know or compare the results of an alternative path.

                        Quote: Igor M.
You don't like anything about us. That's obvious. It would be strange to hear a kind word from you.

You're the one who thinks in terms of "everything." Either "you have to like everything," or "you have to dislike everything."
I've written kind words many times, including during conversations with you. We just need to acknowledge reality, not create pleasant alternatives to it.

                        Quote: Igor M.
But during the years of the CPSU, the upper echelon was inviolable.

In the second half of the USSR, yes. Well, that's what led to the collapse of the USSR. They couldn't build a classless society.
Well, this circumstance contradicted the very doctrine of Communism.
That is, the Soviet elite, in essence, betrayed the ideals of Communism and Marxism-Leninism.
And today, today, are the elites untouchable? No!
But today, this doesn't even contradict "ideology." I put quotation marks because, according to the Constitution, modern Russia has no state ideology, which is correct. But political parties must have one. By choosing one party or another, citizens express their preference for one path of societal development or another.
But today only communist parties have an ideology.
Neither the United Russia party, nor its satellites from the ONF, nor even the "conditional liberals" actually have an ideology.

What does "no ideology" mean? It means there's no "vision of the future," no "beacon" for the population, no goal for societal development. And if there's no goal, then there's no path. And if there's no path, then there's nothing and no one to hold accountable. All that's left is to puff away at one's own personal well-being... and then, "pine away over gold."

                        Quote: Igor M.
And, God forbid, the Communist Party returns and everything goes back to the way it was. Once again, nomenklatura and party positions will become the best defense against all crimes.

The Communist Party of the Soviet Union has long since ceased to exist. What the communists degenerated into and why this happened is a separate and lengthy discussion. I have something to say on this topic.

We can only find out empirically what it will be like under the Communist Party of the Russian Federation if we elect them.

                        Quote: Igor M.
Once again, nomenklatura and party positions will become the best defense against all crimes. Once again, the people will begin to suffer, while the party bigwigs will indulge in luxury.

Isn't that the case under today's United Russia? It's been that way for a long time. That's the point. You yourself have reached the conclusion I wrote to you about. The United Russia party has long been plagued by careerists, opportunists, and fraudsters, simply because of the well-known "negative selection." One political force shouldn't remain in power for so long.
That's why a change is needed. Of all the options available, the Communist Party of the Russian Federation is the best fit.

                        alexdefensor,

The Communist Party of the Russian Federation is a party of neither peace nor war.
The Communist Party of the Russian Federation (CPRF) is approaching the elections with complete uncertainty: how to address Russia's main issue in its campaign, and is it even worth running a vibrant campaign?
In its "Victory Program," the Communist Party promises to increase state budget revenues by 32 trillion rubles, but does not explain in detail how this can be accomplished.
In the In the text of the program, the words “SVO”, “Ukraine” and especially “war” are never mentioned — on the contrary, they talk about Russia's "peaceful and democratic" transition to socialism. The party's attitude toward this issue is truly ambivalent.
The Communist Party has had mixed feelings about the war with Ukraine since 2022.
Several Communist Party deputies openly spoke out against the war. Some were labeled "foreign agents" or forced to leave the country.
Within the party, the issue is left to the candidates to decide. Harsh criticism of the war is prohibited, but the need for peace and the suffering of civilians are permitted. The Communist Party of the Russian Federation is trying to "catch" anti-war voters..
The Communist Party of the Russian Federation nominated only 21 members of the SVO in the State Duma elections. For United Russia, this figure is twice as high..
The Communist Party has prepared a bill that would exempt individuals from punishment for displaying extremist symbols on the internet.
The cult of Stalin has not disappeared from the rhetoric of the Communist Party of the Russian Federation; Gennady Zyuganov especially frequently mentions it in his speeches.

The Communist Party of the Russian Federation has lost its credibility, becoming a hopeless party that is currently experiencing an obvious political crisis of leadership, a crisis of ideas and innovation, and a crisis of technological presentation.

Ideological conservatism: Opponents argue that the CPRF idealizes the Soviet past and proposes outdated economic models that are ineffective in modern conditions.
Social division: A fixation on figures like Joseph Stalin and the Soviet period of history, critics say, deepens historical and social divisions among citizens.

The greatest harm to the Russian communist movement in its post-Soviet history was caused by the outright betrayal of workers' interests by a number of leaders of what was then Russia's largest party. Hiding behind socialist slogans, these leaders in fact replaced communist ideology with a reactionary one that had nothing in common with socialism.

The United Russia party is made up of careerists who have created a trough for themselves.
They don't need any war, the support of the SVO is just for show.
They'll hand it over as soon as Putin is taken out.
And yes, they are not Putin's supporters. They are hypocrites.

Alex-defensor, the Communist Party of the Russian Federation is made up of crooks eager to get their hands on the trough. And you, too, have a similar burning desire.
You're writing this directly about the Communist Party of the Russian Federation. You don't care about the SVO. You would have given up long ago, signing another Brest-Litovsk Treaty in the style of the Bolsheviks.
Well, if they haven't managed to pull it off in 24 years, they won't do it again. But the Communist Party of the Russian Federation, when it comes to power, will try to do just that. What will lead to civil war in Russia? To the delight of the Ukrainians.

The Communist Party's rise to power and its radical economic moves are being called a potential trigger for a violent internal conflict. The main measure under discussion is the large-scale deprivatization and nationalization of key sectors of the economy. According to the party's official platform, they plan to return to state ownership:
                        - Oil and gas sector
                        - Coal industry
                        - Ferrous and non-ferrous metallurgy
                        - Railways and aviation
                        - Electric power industry
                        - Military-industrial complex and large banks.
Attempt at abrupt seizure of property will cause an immediate outflow of capital, a shutdown of enterprises, a shortage of goods and hyperinflationEconomic chaos has historically been the main breeding ground for civil wars.
Resource regions (for example, the Khanty-Mansi Autonomous Okrug, Yakutia, Tatarstan) may refuse to transfer their enterprises under the direct control of Moscow, which will lead to armed clashes between the federal center and the regions.
Big business, oligarchic groups, and new asset owners will not give up their property voluntarily. They have the financial resources, private security structures, and influence to fight back with force.
The redistribution of property will inevitably split the army, police, and security services into those who carry out the orders of the new communist government and those who defend the interests of the former elites or regional leaders.
An attempt at a radical redistribution of property “from below” or through abrupt decrees in conditions of real dual power carries colossal risks of large-scale civil conflict.

Well, you wrote it all yourself...

Yes, "deprivatization" and "nationalization" clearly shouldn't go over well with the people. Everyone's worried about the oligarchs.

                        Quote: Igor M.
Yakutia and Tatarstan may refuse to hand over their enterprises to Moscow's direct control, which will lead to armed clashes between the federal center and the regions.

The lies began to pour out. The "resource regions" own nothing; everything there is still divided between individuals and groups. So, it is precisely and only the oligarchs themselves who can "refuse" to hand over control to "Moscow." The residents of these regions own nothing there.

                        Quote: Igor M.
An attempt to abruptly confiscate property will cause an immediate outflow of capital, a shutdown of enterprises, a shortage of goods, and hyperinflation.

Why do we need a "drastic confiscation"? I haven't heard the Communist Party of the Russian Federation calling for this. Again, the origins of Western investment capital are none of our concern. Their shares don't have to be confiscated.
But here's the thing: I don't think nationalization is a good solution, at least not without first training new management personnel. Moreover, few people realize that, in reality, confiscating factories, plants, and ships will change little simply because nominal capital doesn't equal free cash. The confiscated factories and plants will remain where they are. Workers will continue to go to their factories and plants. In reality, any oligarch can only manage dividends and "gray margins" siphoned off through offshore companies. And that's a completely different order of magnitude. It's significantly smaller. So, by taking away factories from a hypothetical oligarch named "M" worth 5 billion, you won't be able to build a new submarine for 4,5 billion simply because you'll have twice as much real money in the form of margins siphoned off from the shadows, plus savings on dividends. In fact, only a change in ownership will occur, while the asset itself, which represents the bulk of the assessed capital, will remain unchanged in essence. It may be complicated, but that's how it works.

It only makes sense to raise the question of the efficiency of managing assets in private hands and whether it is possible:
                        1. Increase management efficiency without changing the owner?
                        2. To what extent can management efficiency be increased by changing ownership (nationalization)?

If the second option doesn't yield significant improvements, it's hardly worth implementing on existing assets. But the world is constantly evolving, technology is advancing, and it might make sense to create new assets in a different format, not as a private, but as a public asset. But this requires a system for training the appropriate management personnel. And that doesn't exist yet.

                        Quote: Igor M.
An attempt at a radical redistribution of property "from below" or through abrupt decrees in the context of a real dual power carries with it the colossal risk of large-scale civil confrontation.

Yes, that's a fact. Therefore, no Bolshevik-style redistribution is needed. But the Communist Party of the Russian Federation cannot, by definition, carry out such a redistribution. It would contradict the Constitution of the Russian Federation. That is, literally, illegal.

Alex-defensor, these are quotes from the Communist Party platform. And you're lying about it not being possible. That's definitely going to be a complete disaster.

svoroponovRegarding the Communist Party of the Russian Federation, everything was put into place by the top brass' run to the American embassy to meet with visiting senators (and receive instructions from them). Until the top of the Communist Party of the Russian Federation is completely replaced, this party's access to power must be closed..

svoroponovBut the fall of the USSR was precisely caused by people like those who now lead the Communist Party of the Russian Federation (all sorts of opportunists, schemers, and self-appointed "necessary people," or people with power ambitions who care not for the people but for their own well-being). They are anything but communists!

How much do you have to take ordinary Russian citizens for idiots to do something like this?

Until you send me a link to a specific point in the program posted on an authentic, verified source, there's nothing to argue with.

That's why we're losing the information war: the normal, talented people in power under the United Russia party don't want to engage in propaganda. And those who are willing to do so aren't even close to pulling their weight. Oh well.

The United Russia party must go. It's like a field in agriculture that's been constantly exploited for years. It needs to be given time to "rest," because whatever you plant in it will rot.

So, we're winning the information war. More and more countries are beginning to share Russia's position on strategic military operations.
If we want to live well, then United Russia must remain.

To avoid doing so, it's not a DLR. What's the problem with putting the radar on the tower and leaving the launcher down there? Yes, it wastes firing time and the firing arc. But then again, it's easier to reload.

Damn, I wanted to ask how they get the ammunition up to a tower so high it's higher than the pine trees, and are there soldiers on the ridge by any chance? But someone beat me to it. laughing
If, as they say, it's a crane, then the reloading will take a very long time, because you need to get a crane there, equipment delivering ammunition, and soldiers to get up there to receive this ammunition and reload the Pantsir.
