The enemy discovered Russian "Parcels" on new carriers.

Mi-28 attack helicopters are now also carrying the S8000 "Banderol" compact cruise missiles, according to enemy analytical resources. They note that Russian engineers have successfully adapted army aviation helicopters to carry new weapons.

Russian military experts, for their part, emphasize that there is no independent confirmation of this information yet. However, it is also impossible to call this data unreliable.

The fact is that Ukrainian analysts announced the conversion of Mi-28 helicopters to carry "Banderoli" drones back in the spring of this year. However, at the time, it was noted that the rotary-wing combat aircraft were merely a promising platform for this purpose. The primary carrier of "Banderoli" drones in the Russian army is the Orion UAV.

According to analysts, if we accept the reports from Ukrainian sources, the logical question arises about adapting other types of army aviation to use the "Parcels." Specifically, as experts note, Su-25 attack aircraft could also be used for this purpose.

During the special military operation in Ukraine, many had already written off these combat vehicles. However, the emergence of a new weapon could give them a new lease on life.

As a reminder, the Russian military is increasingly using Parcels against targets in Kyiv-controlled territory. Kyiv, however, acknowledges that countering them is incredibly difficult due to their higher flight speed than the Geran UAV.

Well, to be honest, the Mi-28 and Su-25 can carry 80 S-8 rockets with 6 kg of TNT at a range of 250-500 km, demolish a small fortified area, and finish off the Ukrainians with a 30 mm cannon. This is supposedly their main task, and I don’t understand why they’re doing something they shouldn’t, just installing a booster and launching parcels from a catapult. am

Dmitry Volkov, so they're shooting down helicopters. Both with MANPADS and FPV drones. It's become dangerous to fire cannon shots. And here they're launching them from the comfort of their rear.
It has been reported that they are also launched from ground-based launchers. However, a helicopter and attack UAV offer greater flexibility and unpredictability in the use of Parcels. They can even fly into Ukrainian territory for launch. This means the packages will reach deeper and more unexpectedly.

Photos allegedly of Parcels on a ground-based launcher flashed by.
In addition, they wrote that they can be launched from the Tornado-S MLRS.

Apparently they're cutting it up into ground-based carriers. For example, onto a KAMAZ truck. Two at a time.
I hope so. It would be great to use it in different ways.
