For the first time in a long time, three Russian Su-34 fighter-bombers launched guided bombs against Kyiv regime militant positions in Slovyansk and Kramatorsk, operating just 20 kilometers from the LBS. Ukrainian analytical resources reported this, noting that this is clear evidence that Kyiv has no remaining missiles for its air defense systems.

This may indicate a complete lack of missiles for the Patriot air defense systems in the Ukrainian Armed Forces.

As a reminder, over the past few months, Kyiv's Zelenskyy has been regularly begging the West for interceptor missiles for the American Patriot air defense systems. However, Europe has recently been extremely reluctant to share these air defense systems with Ukraine.

This fact has already led to Russian ballistic missiles striking Ukraine without encountering any resistance. But, judging by reports from Ukrainian experts, the Russian Aerospace Forces have now also gained greater freedom.

It's worth noting that, until recently, Russian aircraft attempted to attack enemy positions in the Northern Military District without entering the enemy's air defense zone. During the conflict, Ukrainian Armed Forces militants managed to stage several aerial ambushes on Russian aircraft using American Patriot missile systems.

Now, however, everything suggests that the enemy has lost this capability. The Russian Aerospace Forces, on the contrary, have not only increased their strike potential by acquiring FABs with enlarged flight range, but also received greater freedom of action in the immediate vicinity of the LBS.

It should be added that the Russian Armed Forces are currently actively advancing on the approaches to the Slavyansk-Kramatorsk agglomeration in the DPR. Even Kyiv admits that the Ukrainian Armed Forces have little chance of holding this fortified area until the end of this year.

      But in the States, every company that gets its hands on the trough cuts the money in its own way.
      The latest American JDAMs weigh between 230 and 960 kg, and have a range of 40 to 75 km. Making them from a conventional bomb requires a facility with specialized equipment, specialists, and a lot of time. They can't do it like we can.

      Colonel Kudasov, we're not talking about guided bombs, but about guided ones, that is, FABs with a UMPK—a unified planning and correction module. They're inexpensive and therefore widely used—on average, by 270 aerial bombs per day. That is, approximately the same number as long-range UAVs.
      There are fortifications that artillery shelling won't penetrate. In this sense, FABs with UMPKs weighing up to 1500 and 3000 kg are a much more versatile solution.

      Not all of them, but let's remember that Ukraine has thousands of factories, while Russia has only just reached the production level of a hundred missiles per month. A drone can only temporarily damage a factory.
      There's been no production in Slovyansk for a long time. It was moved to Ukraine. That's why FABs are being used against temporary Ukrainian Armed Forces locations.     In artillery (taking the 152mm shell, the most powerful of the common types), the shell weighs from 42–43 kg to approximately 50 kg. The explosive mass is 6,5–8 kg (most likely the A-IX-2 (1,3–1,4 TNT equivalent)).
    The most powerful projectile of the Malka is 203 mm, it weighs around 110 kg, and the explosive there is 17,8 kg (the same A-IX-2)!
    With aerial bombs, it's a completely different story; everything starts to be measured in hundreds of kilograms!
    FAB 250 - 100 kg of explosives
    FAB 500 - 200 kg of explosives
    FAB 1500 - 700 kg of explosives
    FAB 3000 - 1200 kg of explosives
    The FAB 500 uses TGAF-5M explosive, which has a TNT equivalent of approximately 1,4–1,5%. The FAB 3000 uses regular TNT, but there's more than a ton of it.
    You can calculate and compare everything yourself.
    War in itself is a risky thing, you usually understand this only after it has happened.
