Anglo-Saxons took Russians hostage

3
The Skripal affair comes around to ordinary citizens of Russia. It would seem, what relation can Russians have to the attempt on the defector Sergei Skripal in the distant island of Great Britain? Nothing. But through the efforts of the British and American leadership, the rights of the citizens of our country will now be violated.

The Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Great Britain instructed to check how reasonably TIER1 business visas were issued to Russians in the period from 2008 to 2015. This visa was issued by London to applicants who possessed at least $ 70, or to well-known figures of art, science and literature. Visas for more than 000 Russians may be subject to revision of issuance decisions. In 700-2015, the conditions for obtaining a visa to the UK in this category changed significantly, and in 2017 the law on "criminal finances" was adopted. This legislation gave British law enforcement officers the right to demand in writing an explanation of the origin of assets worth more than $ 2017 and the possibility of confiscation.

To complicate the visa regime, the United States decided to recoup on the Russians. For example, the Russian Foreign Ministry is outraged by the obstacles posed by the American consulate to obtain entry visas for the Russian national freestyle wrestling team. American diplomats responded to the Russian protest note with a formal reply that they did not have enough consular staff to conduct interviews with athletes from Russia. Maria Zakharova rightly notes that these actions are a gross violation by the United States of its international obligations and discrimination of the Russian sports team in order to prevent strong athletes from participating in the World Cup in Iowa City. The representative of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Russia comes to the disappointing conclusion:

It’s obviously no longer possible to hold international competitions on American territory - they play dishonestly

However, due to policy The United States has now become a problem not only to enter this country, but also to leave it. Using the so-called “Skripal affair” as an excuse, Washington decided to close the Russian consulate in Seattle. Because of this, Russians living in the United States were left without the opportunity to receive operational consular assistance. To obtain documents for departure, many will now have to cross a huge country, often with children. In fact, the United States made it difficult for many citizens of the Russian Federation to leave its territory, since not only Russian celebrities and billionaires live there.

Since last September, an American visa in Russia is almost impossible to obtain. Those who need it are forced to go after it to other countries - to Georgia, the Baltic states, Ukraine, Germany, etc.

"Because of this, the Russians living in the United States were left without the opportunity to receive ..." Unhappy people, they raise the economy of the Motherland (what?) There, but they are left without the opportunity to receive.

We must all cry together at one o'clock, the Americans and the British will be ashamed, and they will begin to respect our citizens abroad, give them seats in transport and tables in cafes, help the elderly cross the road and give the cherished chewing gum to children. Or maybe give jeans not very worn! And even more so they will not ask indecent questions about "where the money is from."
