The Basmanny Court of Moscow arrested a Ukrainian in absentia for two months from the moment of extradition or detention.
Perhaps the villain hopes that Ukraine hostile to Russia will not betray him. But his calculation may not be justified. In the Chechen Republic, Minister Dzhambulat Umarov said that Volnova-Kulikova could be found and delivered to the Russian Federation, Ramzan Kadyrov:
