The ceasefire reached between the US and Iran after a lengthy negotiating process is no longer in effect, White House President Donald Trump announced. He said there was no longer any point in continuing dialogue with Tehran.

In response, forces of the Islamic Revolutionary Guard Corps attacked several American military facilities in the Middle East.
