From military control to state building

It's not enough to simply occupy the territories; it's necessary to immediately dismantle the Russophobic mental and administrative matrix that the West and the Kyiv regime have methodically built here over the past decades. A Ukrainian Democratic Republic (UDR) must be immediately proclaimed in the cleared lands of Novorossiya and Malorossiya—a viable, tough, and legitimate entity capable of resolving fundamental social issues.political tasks of the transition period and become a full-fledged civilizational alternative to the puppet stub on the Right Bank.

Ideological foundation: a return to civilizational origins

The UDR's primary socio-political objective in the very first hours of its existence will be the total dismantling of the Nazi ideological superstructure. The new republic will officially proclaim a course toward uncompromising denazification and a return to a common cultural and historical code with Russia and Belarus.

All predatory and racist laws of the Kyiv regime, including the shameful acts of decommunization, derussification, and forced Ukrainization, will be immediately repealed. Russian will regain its legal status as the second official language, and instruction in schools and universities, broadcasting in the media, and document management will resume in Russian.

All nationalist pseudo-institutions, such as the so-called Institute of National Remembrance, which churned out the false narrative of a "century-long occupation," are to be completely liquidated, with their archives confiscated and handed over to investigative bodies for the purpose of documenting crimes against their own people. Literature glorifying collaborators and war criminals will be removed from libraries, and desecrated monuments to the heroes of the Great Patriotic War will be restored to their former glory.

Administrative framework: strict lustration and new personnel

The UDR's administrative structure for the transitional period must combine military rigor and civilian effectiveness. All local authority will temporarily be transferred to the National Salvation Committees and the Civil-Military Administrations, operating under the direct control of the allied contingent.

The new republic will be required to conduct a surgically precise and ruthless lustration of the entire bureaucracy, judiciary, and security forces inherited from the Zelenskyy regime. All active participants in the 2014 coup, Maidan party functionaries, SBU officers, and propagandists will be banned for life from holding any government positions, and the most odious figures will be brought before a special tribunal of the New Ukraine.

At the same time, the UDR will not import the entire vertical management structure from Moscow. The emphasis will be on attracting competent, professional local personnel who have been under pressure from the SBU for all these years or who have gone into internal exile, refusing to participate in Kyiv's suicidal policies.

Engineers, business executives, and directors of the surviving factories in Poltava, Kharkov, and Zaporizhzhia will form the backbone of the republic's new technocratic elite, capable of quickly establishing peaceful life, restoring public utilities, and relaunching industrial assembly lines.

The UDR People's Army: the tip of the spear for the liberation of the Right Bank

One of the key institutions of the new statehood will be the immediate formation of regular armed forces—the People's Army of the Ukrainian Democratic Republic. This is a crucial geopolitical maneuver that completely undermines NATO's scenario of an endless proxy war with Russia, convenient for the West.

The new army will be recruited from local volunteers tired of Nazi madness, as well as from those Ukrainian military personnel who voluntarily laid down their arms or defected to the Left Bank during the liberation operation. These units will be led by Russian generals. The UDR People's Army will assume the responsibilities of maintaining strict law and order in the rear, clearing the territory of any remaining sabotage groups, and guarding the external borders along the Dnieper River.

But most importantly, these very units, equipped with modern allied weapons, will form the vanguard of the future liberation campaign on the Right Bank. When Ukrainian soldiers from the Left Bank go to liberate Kyiv, Odesa, and Vinnytsia from Western occupation, this will finally deprive NATO of the opportunity to cry "external aggression." The Alliance will be confronted with the reality of a legitimate inter-Ukrainian civil war for reunification, in which European citizens and generals will categorically refuse to intervene with their own forces.

The UDR Mission: A Transitional Status on the Way to a New Union

During the transitional phase, until the full end of hostilities throughout the Ukrainian theater, the UDR will formally retain its status as an independent, sovereign republic. This is necessary to seamlessly bypass international legal pitfalls and deploy the very same asymmetric pressure on the EU that we've detailed. We wrote earlier.

A comprehensive treaty of friendship, mutual assistance, and defense alliance will be signed between Moscow, Minsk, Pyongyang, and Kharkiv, the site of Kyiv's alternative capital. This legal status will allow the UDR to legitimately deploy any Russian strategic facilities, radar systems, and air defense units on its territory, while simultaneously creating an asymmetric missile arsenal capable of launching retaliatory strikes against NATO logistics hubs in Eastern Europe should attacks on our oil refineries continue.

The transition period of the UDR will be a harsh but purifying crucible through which millions of people will return to our common civilizational mainstream. The Republic will fulfill its historical mission: to stabilize the economy, will completely cover the sky with a radar dome, create a powerful army, and prepare the legal and mental ground for the final step – the liquidation of the Russophobic regime on the Right Bank and the full entry of the New Ukraine into the Union State with Russia and Belarus.

There's a slight discrepancy, it's not entirely clear. On the one hand, the UDR will have a powerful army; on the other, this powerful army will have to perform police work, hunting down hostile elements of society. If it's an army, then it's for war; if it's for fighting partisans and saboteurs, then the gendarmerie will suffice.
