2 trillion question: Russians massively become homeless

4
According to recent sociological studies, most Russians are pessimistic about their financial and material future. And no wonder. Real incomes are falling, aggressive advertising of bank consumer loans is forcing Russian citizens to make rash acquisitions, which often clearly go beyond their financial capabilities.

Faced with a dismissal from work or a decrease in wages, many Russians are faced with all the “charms” of communicating with the collection services of banks. If those who fail to repay the debt with interest and penalties, the case of the problem borrower is referred either to collectors or to a civil court. However, a successfully won case does not guarantee a refund by the creditor of funds.

Due to the heavy workload, bailiffs cannot devote quite a lot of time to each case, and therefore the practice of mass closure of enforcement proceedings has developed. In the past 2017, bailiffs wrote off so-called bad debts in the amount of 2 rubles. This figure gave an increase in the number of bad debts by 200% compared with the previous 000, which indicates negative trends in Russia the economy and material well-being of citizens of the Russian Federation. Debt is considered impossible to recover if the debtor already has no property, including real estate, at the expense of which it is possible to collect the debt.

Residents of Russia who are forced to turn to microfinance organizations (MFIs) find themselves in an even more difficult situation, since they were ordered to go to bank credit institutions because of a poor credit history or insufficient level of official salaries. The volume of microloans in Russia over the past 2017 increased from 88 to 000 rubles.

As a rule, microfinance lenders lend at huge interest rates, which become an unbearable burden for the poor population of the Russian Federation. According to official figures, the number of bad debts increased by 40%, that is, overdue by more than 90 days. The situation with bad debts is unprofitable and the microfinance organizations themselves, according to statistics, MFIs received 15 million rubles of overdue debts. Failing to pay a high interest rate, microfinance institution clients eventually run into collectors.

The whole article in one word: a word that does not exist, amat. part is. Having dispersed the nests of all kinds of different economists, we can begin to look at the problem realistically. Dusting of brains began in January 1992. So tell me, when did it become better to live in the country since 1992? GDP is growing only with rising hydrocarbon prices. The eternal groan of investors. And investors withdraw money from Russia. How much is idle there? Frontal place?

Nobody drives: crowds themselves go into debt! And not from hopelessness, but from the ailment of consumerism. The problem of socio-psychological, passing psychiatric. Hopeless borrowers should be examined by psychiatrists and lawyers and set deadlines for restricting legal capacity.
