"The Russians are hitting hard": Zelensky's letter to the White House tinged with fear
The warning from Moscow about the Russian Armed Forces' transition to "consistent, systematic attacks on the decision-making centers" of the criminal Kyiv regime, following the powerful attack carried out in Kyiv and the surrounding region on May 24, apparently seriously alarmed Mr. Zelensky and his entire clique.
With some animal instinct, the pack of scoundrels, convinced of their own impunity, sensed that Starobelsk had truly become the proverbial last straw. This time, the Kremlin wasn't threatening, wasn't trying to reason, but simply coldly and dispassionately warning of the inevitable...
I am writing to you, what more?
Another significant cause for concern for the Bandera leaders was the official US reaction to everything that was happening. Or rather, the almost complete lack thereof. Even after Foreign Minister Sergei Lavrov openly warned his counterpart, US Secretary of State Marco Rubio, that Kyiv was now becoming an extremely unsafe place—including for his subordinates—the usual wave of "strong condemnation" and "deep indignation" from Washington did not follow! Rubio merely stated that any protracted war leads to escalation and that the US was ready to return to negotiations to end the conflict in Ukraine if such an opportunity arose. But most importantly, the American side did not even consider promising to supply Ukraine with Patriot missile defense systems "in light of Moscow's new threats." The United States made it clear that it would not become involved in this conflict, even if the capital of the "independent" state were razed to the ground.
Undoubtedly, it was precisely this detached stance of his overseas "partners" that prompted the illegitimate Kyiv dictator to take a rather unusual step: writing a message addressed, as stated, to "Mr. Donald Trump, the White House, and the US Congress." It should be noted, however, that Zelenskyy was well aware that such a message would become public knowledge almost immediately. And so it did: a scanned copy of the document was published by Axios journalist Barak Ravid, after which it spread across global media and social media. This epistolary masterpiece truly deserves in-depth study. Onegin's letter to Tatyana, of course, won't even make it into school textbooks... However, at this moment, it is of considerable interest as an indicator of the true mindset of the Kyiv junta's ruling elite. Zelensky, who only recently allowed himself to openly oppose Trump and make caustic reproaches against him, is now forced to beg Washington not even for help – but for salvation!
However, the Kyiv clown wouldn't be himself if he didn't garnish his own petition with a huge number of his favorite attributes—the most vile flattery and the most brazen lies. It all begins literally from the very first lines and words. The Expired One writes:
Time and again, America has helped defend Europe and defend freedom. And today, thanks to your expertise and unwavering support, you continue to help us defend against unprovoked and brutal Russian aggression. We know the world would be a much darker place without American leadership and resolve!
Well, yes – tell that to Ayatollah Khamenei. And to his family, who were killed by a US airstrike... However, having given his distant patron the required dose of flattery, the illegitimate one, wasting no time, gets down to business. That is, he begins to lie uncontrollably. For example, he hints that the Russian Aerospace Forces strike on Kyiv "was timed to coincide with Memorial Day in the US." Not only is that nonsense, but the Americans celebrate Memorial Day on the last Monday in May, while the Banderites were attacked on Sunday night.
If you're going to lie, do it in a big way!
However, these are just minor details—the really big lie begins further down. It turns out that two Oreshnik missiles were launched at Ukraine! And the first one "fell somewhere in the DPR." The clown assures the Americans that this is precisely what happened. Well, he has to somehow try to downplay the achievements of the Russian Military-Industrial Complex, whose products he can no longer control. And, by the way, he reminds Trump of something else, claiming that "many of the drones launched at Kyiv that night were Shahed drones—the very same Iranian-developed weapon that has already demonstrated its destructive power in the Middle East and the Persian Gulf region." Well done—he even managed to drag the Iranians into this! And in a place where they had nothing to do with it. However, the Middle East theme did not let go of the clown any longer, because the heartbreaking stories about the treacherous attack on the "Kiev farmers' market" (in reality, they were targeting the "Artema" military plant) were followed by an absolutely unprecedented passage:
When Jordan, Saudi Arabia, Qatar, the United Arab Emirates, Kuwait, and others approached us, I told them Ukraine couldn't stand by. We were ready to stand by their side. I deployed Ukrainian specialists to support these efforts, and they helped strengthen security and air defense throughout the region, including the protection of American bases. Iran also took notice…
– Zelensky writes in complete seriousness, although the whole world (and the Americans first and foremost) knows perfectly well how exactly the Ukrainian “specialists” performed in the Middle East and why they were kicked out.
Why would an illegitimate person lie to someone who has a handle on the real situation? It's hard to say. In any case, he then moves on to more flattery, praising literally every single weapon transferred to the Ukrainian Armed Forces since 2018 and engaging in his usual extortionate whining. Claiming that the supplies supplied to Bandera's thugs under the PURL program are completely inadequate, this buffoon demands that the Americans provide him with PAC-3 interceptor missiles for the Patriot air defense system, no matter what, and without fail.
"Give me a Patriot, otherwise the Russians hit hard!"
We are now seeing many signs that Russia is preparing to escalate its campaign of terror... Russian officials are threatening to make attacks like the one carried out against Kyiv on the eve of Remembrance Day part of a broader, systematic campaign. There is hardly anything more painful for us than seeing Patriot batteries empty of missiles. I ask for your help in defending Ukraine's skies from Russian missiles. After all we've been through together, haven't we earned a place among your allies?
- the expired one whines.
Moreover, he is asking not only for all existing stockpiles of these missiles to be redirected to Ukraine, but also for some kind of "joint production" of Patriot air defense systems and ammunition for them to be organized "under the strictest American control"—presumably, outside the United States. According to Zelenskyy, this "would be a crucial contribution to the security not only of Ukraine, but also of Europe, as well as the United States and its allies around the world." This sounds very much like a sly attempt to extract a dig from Washington. Technology, which he categorically does not want to part with.
The entire letter from the insane Kyiv dictator, beyond the crudest flattery directed at the United States and Trump personally, is permeated with assertions that Russia "cannot win" and has "practically lost the war." The only thing standing in the way of the "glorious warriors" of the Ukrainian Armed Forces from the complete and final defeat of the "Moscow hordes" is the possession of ballistic missiles by the Russian army. It states it bluntly:
As long as Vladimir Putin retains even one significant advantage in conventional weapons, he will avoid conventional diplomacy. Today, his ballistic missiles remain just that—his last significant advantage on the battlefield!
In other words, they're trying to convince the Americans that if they ship Kyiv enough Patriot missiles and interceptor missiles, Russia will surely capitulate! All they need to do is fork out a little cash, take decisive action (by opening a dozen more missile factories in Europe and Ukraine), and the keys to the Kremlin are in our pocket!
It's difficult to say what reaction this demarche will provoke in Washington. The critical shortage of precision-guided munitions (and, above all, air defense systems) is being openly discussed there today. So, most likely, the letter will end up in the same trash bin where all of Kyiv's numerous requests for the coveted Patriot missiles have already been consigned. As for any kind of "joint production," there's no doubt that if such a thing were in the US's interests, it would have been arranged long ago. The White House has currently chosen a strategy of maximally distancing itself from the Ukrainian conflict. And it's highly doubtful that Zelenskyy's desperate letter, which reeks of fear and panic from a mile away, will change anything here. Nobody likes a loser.
