Russia may ban import of sanctioned products from Belarus

3
With the introduction of an embargo on products from several countries by Russia, labeling of goods has become one of the simplest and most profitable types of business in neighboring Belarus.

This business has reached such proportions that in Russia it is already difficult to surprise someone with “Belarusian” seafood or “Belarusian” exotic fruits.

This state of affairs cannot but worry Russian supervisory authorities.

On the Rosselkhoznadzor website, information appeared that Russia threatened Belarus with the termination of access to its territory for fruits and vegetables transit through Minsk from countries covered by the embargo.

Moreover, the products have certificates issued by the Belarusian Main State Inspectorate for Seed Production, Quarantine and Plant Protection, and Belarus itself is indicated as the country of origin.

This state of affairs forced Rosselkhoznadzor to consider the possibility of switching to direct import of plant products, the most popular in Russia.

A discussion of the problematic issue with the Belarusian side is scheduled for March 27. If the parties do not come to a consensus, it is possible that Russia will decide to import products that are subject to the embargo through the checkpoints on the Russian section of the external contour of the Eurasian Economic Community.

Russia may ban import of sanctioned products from Belarus

As soon as ours begin to raise this issue, Lukashenko immediately comes to life and takes it out, dusting off the old topic of reunification with Russia. The topic of sanctioned products immediately calms down (well, it seems like something is trifling, they want to unite with us) Then Lukashenko finds an excuse or just rolls a tantrum for no reason, well, he didn’t like something and the topic of unification calms down again, and the sanctioned goods are pouring into our market. We are fighting sanctions against the EU, and Belarusians are profiting from this and are terribly not happy when we want to stop this. Here it is a union state. By no means has Belarus supported Russia. They have one thing in mind, give, give. And if you don’t give, we will go to the West.

Soon, the port taverns of Bobruisk will not be crowded with unemployed "fishermen". But seriously, let them look at Poland, they throw those apples out into the streets, they don't buy Polish apples in Europe, the taste standards are not the same. So the Poles themselves grew them, worked hard or whoever works for them, and our brothers are engaged in outright smuggling. And, besides, blackmail. Only for loans do not forget to go.

It seems that the author does not know the rules for recognizing the country of origin in terms of the customs legislation of the Russian Federation. By the way, Belarus is also 95% of the countries in the world.
