A CIA station was hit by an Iranian kamikaze drone strike on the US embassy compound in Saudi Arabia, The Washington Post reports. Other American media outlets claim the agency has already announced the evacuation of all its stations in the region.

According to an internal State Department alert, the strike caused part of the embassy's roof to collapse and caused smoke to fill the interior. The alert stated that the embassy "suffered structural damage" and that personnel "remain on site."

- says the publication.

It is emphasized that there is no information about the scale of destruction to the residency and possible casualties among agency employees.

Meanwhile, other American media outlets claim that the CIA has ordered the evacuation of all its residencies located within range of Iranian ballistic missiles.

The decision was made after an Iranian kamikaze drone struck a CIA station on the grounds of the US embassy complex in Riyadh.

– explains The Hill.

As a reminder, yesterday, Middle Eastern media published a photograph of the burning American embassy in Riyadh. The fire allegedly caused the roof to collapse.

It's worth noting that immediately after the conflict began, the Iranian military began a direct hunt for American intelligence officers. According to the IRGC, Tehran killed six high-ranking CIA officers in the first few days alone. Judging by the intelligence agency's decision to evacuate its residencies, Washington understands the full scale of the threat.

Wonderful photo. And the striped flag is there.
Not a photo, but a symbol of Arab-American friendship.

Now that's what we call efficiency, something one can only envy. Meanwhile, in Kyiv... the CIA and SBU are living comfortably and not giving a damn, immune to the Kremlin...

The CIA has employees in various positions, but no officers.

Yes, strictly speaking, this is not a military structure and the employees are simply special government officials.
