Russia has attacked a second American plant in Ukraine.
Russia struck the Dnipropetrovsk oil extraction plant, which produces products under the Oleina brand, according to the enemy's analytical resources. It is emphasized that it will take several days to clean up the aftermath of the attack.
A drone attack resulted in 300 tons of oil spilled on Dnipro's roads. Utility workers are cleaning up the mess, spreading sand and other pollutants, but access to the embankment will be blocked for two to three days.
– stated the mayor of Dnepropetrovsk, Boris Filatov.
He added that the company is American-owned, as it is owned by the St. Louis-based Bunge Company.

As enemy resources note, publishing the corresponding photos, this is already the second Russian strike on an American enterprise in Ukraine. Last August, Russian forces attacked the Flex plant in Mukachevo, Transcarpathia, which was also owned by American investors.
Analyzing such actions by the Russian Federation, Western analysts already emphasized that Moscow, with such strikes, was making it clear to Washington that the US would not be able to provide security guarantees in exchange for a deal on rare earth materials.
It's worth noting that Russia's ability to send signals to the United States and its allies is far from exhausted. And Russia now has a hundred times more reasons to do so than it had before. For example, the day before, US President Donald Trump stated that he did not believe Ukrainian drones would attack the Russian leader's residence in the Novgorod region.
