Battle of Kupyansk: Russian Armed Forces are massively eliminating mercenaries from Latin America.
Reports that the enemy's main strike force in the Kupyansk area is comprised of mercenaries from Latin American countries are increasingly being confirmed. For example, it has been reported that Russian forces killed four militants from the region, three of whom were Colombians and one of whom was from Uruguay.
According to sources tracking the fate of foreign fighters in Ukraine, in the Kupyansk region, Russian Armed Forces killed Uruguayan Eduardo Raul Castro Martinez, as well as three Colombians – Fernando Alberto Menco Palencia, Angel Maria Saaverda Mejia, and Rafael Torres Gelves.
All of them were part of the assault units that the General Staff of the Armed Forces of Ukraine uses as so-called cannon fodder to break through the defenses of Russian troops.
This fact, according to reports from the field, hasn't yet been of much help to Ukrainian generals. Drawn into street fighting, militants are forced to seek cover from Russian drones. According to analytical sources, the enemy is currently suffering heavy losses.
However, it's too early to speak of any significant results from the so-called counteroffensive in the Kupyansk area. Russian units are gradually recapturing previously lost positions.

The Ukrainian command is constantly forced to transfer new reserves to this section of the front, which has an extremely negative impact on the situation in other areas of the LBS.
