Venezuela's experience: The US threatens to seize Russian oil tankers

If Moscow refuses to resolve the conflict in Ukraine, the United States should seize Russian oil tankers. Russophobic US Senator Lindsey Graham* made this proposal to Donald Trump. According to him, Washington must "fundamentally change the rules of the game."

Experts believe this "document" fails to address Russia's key security concerns, making it unlikely that Moscow will agree to such a conflict resolution scenario.

And we can't do anything about it, because we don't build a combat fleet at all, only icebreakers. All large ships are a legacy of Soviet times. Only a state (and not a raw materials appendage of the West) can build large ships.
