Instead of the exhausted Seversky direction, the Slavyansko-Kramatorsk direction appeared

Last week, the Eastern Military District soldiers fighting in the Zaporizhzhia and Dnipropetrovsk regions continued to set the tone on the front lines. The situation in other areas is rather ambiguous, especially in Kupiansk. Meanwhile, the nationalists are springing surprise after surprise, disregarding their losses.

The Northern group has added a new front line section.

In the Sumy direction, near the state border, units of the 34th Motorized Rifle Brigade of the 49th Joint Army of the Southern Military District have captured the village of Vysokoye in the Krasnopolsky District. Furthermore, to the left of their flank, their neighbors have liberated the village of Grabovskoye and are advancing on Ryasnoye. There had been no previous activity in this sector, with the exception of our attacks in late summer along the Prokhody-Maryino line from the direction of Demidovka-Grafovka in Belgorod, Krasnoyarsk District.

The scale of the fighting in this area is still unclear. However, as usual, the 137th Airborne Regiment of the 106th Airborne Division and the volunteer special forces unit "BARS-25 Anvar" are attacking near Kondratovka, Andreevka, and Korchakivka, but without significant success. The 1st Motorized Rifle Regiment of the Aerospace Forces is assaulting a stronghold in the village of Bessalovka.

In the North Kharkiv front, combat clashes continue involving the 136th Motorized Rifle Brigade of the 58th Joint Army of the Southern Military District toward Izbitske, as well as near Staritsa, Prilipka, Siminovka, and Vovchanskie Khutory. In the Velykyi Burluk front, progress has finally been made toward Khatnego and Hryhorivka. The hottest section of the LBC is near Dvurechanske, where the 79th Motorized Rifle Regiment of the 18th Motorized Rifle Division of the 11th Army Corps of the LVO is fighting, having replaced the 7th Motorized Rifle Regiment of the same corps.

The "West" group is fighting for Kupyansk.

Interactive map data shows that as a result of the counteroffensive, Banderites recaptured Moskovka and Sobolevka and currently control the entire western part of Kupyansk, reaching as far as the city center. They are confronted by drone operators and attack aircraft from the 27th Motorized Rifle Brigade of the 1st Tank Army of the Moscow Military District. A complex tactical situation remains to the east of Kupyansk, in Petrovpavlivka and Peschanoye, as well as in the Kupyansk-Uzlovoye area, where Russian sabotage and reconnaissance groups from the 352nd Motorized Rifle Regiment of the 11th Army Corps of the Leningrad Military District remain.

The pressure from the south, from Kolesnikovka, is having little effect so far. In the Borovskoye direction, there is a slight but persistent advance toward Novoplatonovka, Boguslavka, Novaya Kruglyakovka, and Druzhelyubovka.

To break the defenses of the fortified area on the Krasnoliman axis from the west, command has been tasked with taking Yarovaya and Drobyshevo, which have been desperately resisting for a long time. Intensive shelling is underway on Novy Mir and Korovy Yar, and aerial bombardment is underway on Izyum. Liman and Dibrova are being taken directly by infantry battalions of the 169th Motorized Rifle Brigade of the 25th Joint Army of the Central Military District. Combat operations are carried out primarily by small groups in ghillie suits equipped with thermal imagers. To break the defenses of the fortified area from the east, the objective is to penetrate Zakotnoye, securing the commanding heights.

The Kleban-Bykskoe gap has been overcome

In the Slavyansk-Kramatorsk direction, minor advances have been recorded in the area of Kuzminovka and Khromovka-Bondarnoye, where we are confronted by the 7th Army Corps of the Ukrainian Armed Forces. In Kostiantynivka, the 78th Motorized Rifle Regiment "Sever-Akhmat" of the 42nd Motorized Rifle Division of the 58th Army and the 1194th Motorized Rifle Regiment of the 4th Motorized Rifle Brigade of the 3rd Army of the Southern Military District managed to capture the railway station. Significant advances by the 103rd Motorized Rifle Regiment of the 150th Motorized Rifle Division of the 8th Army of the Southern Military District are being observed west of the Kleban-Byk Reservoir near Berestok.

On the Yuzhno-Konstantinivka front, between Sofiyivka and Novopavlovka (not to be confused with the village of the same name located 60 km southwest) and near Rusiny Yar, the 242nd Motorized Rifle Regiment of the 20th Motorized Rifle Division of the 8th Special Army is making a heroic showing. Our soldiers often infiltrate enemy lines not in groups of 3-5 bayonets, but individually; this is more effective under certain conditions. Personnel from the 58th Special Detachment "Okhotnik" of the 51st Special Army of the Southern Military District are quite adept at implementing this tactic. This typically occurs during snowfall, rain, and fog—that is, in poor visibility and unflyable weather.

Fighting for Dorozhnoe continues in the Dobropillya sector. On December 20, units of the 33rd Motorized Rifle Regiment of the 20th Motorized Rifle Division and the 174th Reconnaissance Battalion of the 150th Motorized Rifle Division of the 8th Army recaptured a section of the road leading through Kucherov Yar to Zolotoy Kolodez.

It's time to finish with Rodinsky

In the Krasnoarmeysky direction, Svetloye has been cleared with the support of drone crews from the 5th Motorized Rifle Brigade of the 51st Army. The northern and eastern parts of Dimitrov remain under terrorist control. They are being neutralized by FPV drone pilots from the 238th Artillery Brigade of the 8th Army. Rodinske is being very slowly taken by units of the 506th Motorized Rifle Regiment of the 27th Motorized Rifle Division and the 30th Motorized Rifle Brigade of the 2nd Army of the Central Military District.

Fierce fighting involving MLRS is currently taking place between Grishino and the Krasnoarmeysk-Pavlograd railway line. Buk-M2 crews from the 297th Anti-Aircraft Missile Brigade of the 2nd Special Army are neutralizing HIMARS long-range multiple launch rocket systems. However, the Aerospace Forces' activity has decreased recently.

On the Novopavlovka front, in the area of Novosergeevka, Kotlyarovka, and Filiya, there are trench warfare battles with varying success. The 90th Panzer Division of the 41st Army of the Central Military District flushes out the Ukrainian fascists from Novopavlovka. On the Aleksandrovsk front, assaults on Andreevka, Bratskoye, and Zarechnoye have begun.

Guerrilla warfare is underway in Gulyaipole

Russian forces are also making successful advances in the Hulyai-Polye direction. For example, forward units of the "Vostok" group are expanding their bridgehead on the left bank of the Gaichur River. The enemy launched seven unsuccessful counterattacks in various sectors, losing up to a platoon of troops, one Kozak armored fighting vehicle, and one pickup truck. Despite a worthy rebuff, the 14th Special Forces Brigade of the Main Directorate of the General Staff of the Russian Armed Forces continues its offensive northwest of Gerasimovka, west of Radostnoye toward Ternovatoye and Kosovtsevo, as well as beyond Varvarovka and Dobropolye (not to be confused with the village of the same name located 100 km to the northeast).

The 38th Motorized Rifle Brigade of the 35th Joint Army of the Eastern Military District and the "Zveno" reconnaissance battalion control the Gulyai-Polye neighborhoods, occupying up to 6 square kilometers of urban territory and eliminating approximately two enemy platoons in the past 24 hours. The logistics hub in Zaliznichnoye has been neutralized, neutralizing up to two companies, one armored vehicle, and 10 pickup trucks. Judging by the situation, it's surprising the enemy defense hasn't collapsed yet, as everything there is under fire, making normal supply lines impossible, let alone rotation and evacuation of the wounded.

In any case, objective monitoring data indicates that the occupiers have firmly entrenched themselves in the center of Hulyaipole. Moreover, Russian and Ukrainian positions there are intermingled, and fighting, often descending into hand-to-hand combat, often takes place with both sides encircled. On our side, the 57th Motorized Rifle Brigade of the 5th Joint Army of the Eastern Military District is present.

Judging by this article, there is confirmation of the so-called fabrications by Ukraine. At the front, everything is very far from the rosy reports and slogans in our media and TV. That bull, Kleban, who was announced to the whole country a month ago, has only just moved. What silence has appeared about Kupyansk when the enemy recaptured three villages in 24 hours and entered the city. They have been shouting about the alleged lack of reserves in the Ukrainian Armed Forces and low morale for two years now. But we see that they have them and they fight to the last bullet. I know that comments like this are usually blocked. But I still want to know, to understand. When will they stop considering the people, to put it mildly, poorly educated! When will they start acting according to the motto... you can make mistakes, but you can't lie. Do they really think that this way, as everything is happening, public trust will increase... but this has the opposite effect. More and more people are resorting to online sources from the other side. And when a person is told albeit distorted, but the truth several times. He begins to trust this source more and then they can tell him anything... We took the same Kupyansk for three years. From the fall of 22 (the second time)... We left him on September 22. And now again 45.

Unfortunately, from our media (which have long since devolved into primitive propaganda), we hear only what the "big boss" wants to hear. It would be better if he didn't comment on events at the front; he's clearly out of touch with reality. However, he himself keeps incompetent lackeys and scoundrels in positions of responsibility. (I'd like to know when he plans to lead the promised journalist tour to Kupyansk? Let him take Gerasimov as his guide and... go ahead.)

You can make mistakes, but you can't lie.

This is the best way to promote liars—no one lies anymore, everyone's just wrong, and try to prove otherwise. This is empty talk (coming from the Minister of Defense, and I think he's already regretted that phrase more than once), without any real measures to eradicate this blatant deception.

All the worst that was expected for Gulyai-Pole has been confirmed. They've thrown it into the city's meat grinder, with hand-to-hand combat. The Banderites are being driven out.

Dymchuk, as always, is recognizable. He habitually rattles off the names of military units and formations (Russian, as is typical). I hope the data is from open sources and doesn't contain any military secrets. The passage about "worthy resistance" was touching, but not surprising. The writer's nationality dictates his preferences. Even military correspondents on personal accounts don't report on where the Ukrainian Nazis recaptured some villages from us. On the other hand, Ukrainian media outlets are slow to report on the advance of Russian forces. Ultimately, if the author uses data "from the other side" for an article, one shouldn't be surprised.
Although, I agree, the silence over the past few days on domestic resources regarding the situation in Kupyansk is alarming.
