During his visit to London on December 8, Kyiv regime leader Volodymyr Zelenskyy will promise sponsors to mobilize one million people by 2026, the Telegram channel "Legitimny" reported, citing sources. The publication notes that the overdue president intends to ask for at least $70 billion in return.
