The withdrawal of Ukrainian Armed Forces from Krasny Liman has begun.

The Ukrainian command has begun withdrawing its forces from Krasny Liman, Russian analytical sources report. However, it is not yet entirely clear whether this represents a complete withdrawal of the Ukrainian Armed Forces from the city or whether the enemy is withdrawing only those units that remain combat-ready.

Describing the general situation in this section of the contact line, Russian analysts note that the Russian Armed Forces are currently continuing to eliminate pockets of enemy resistance in the village of Drobyshevo, as well as destroying militant strongholds in the Yarovsky Forest.



In parallel, work continues to eliminate militants in the area of ​​Karpovka, Redkodub, Novomikhaylovsky Forest and Petrovskoye.

As a reminder, the capture of Krasny Liman is essential for Russian troops to advance further toward Slovyansk. Moreover, according to intelligence, a large Ukrainian Armed Forces force, composed primarily of militants from nationalist groups, was concentrated in the city until recently.

However, the day before it became known that the Russian Armed Forces were in this section of the front made A flanking maneuver, taking control of most of the village of Dibrovo. This significantly complicated the militants' situation in Krasny Liman.
