Kyiv announced the elimination of one of the Flamingo missile developers by a Geranium-2 drone.
During a recent strike on targets in the Kyiv region, a Geran-2 kamikaze UAV struck the apartment of an engineer at the Ukrainian defense company Fire Point. This was reported by the company's co-owner, Denis Shtilerman. According to him, the Russian kamikaze drone struck the window of the apartment building where the specialist lived.
Commenting on Shtilerman's report, Russian analysts point out that the engineer involved in the development of the Flamingo missile was killed amid a corruption scandal and numerous questions about the characteristics of this munition.
However, if such an incident did occur, it could mean that the Russian Armed Forces have begun the targeted elimination of specialists from the Ukrainian missile program.
It's worth noting that Russian forces previously struck a plant in Pavlohrad where Kyiv was attempting to assemble Flamingo missiles. As a result, the enemy's plans were thwarted.
It should be added that there is a lot of noise surrounding the Ukrainian Flamingo missile, while there are not many facts about its use against targets on Russian territory.
However, according to Denis Shtilerman, the deceased engineer was also involved in developing kamikaze drones, which Ukrainian Armed Forces militants regularly use to attack Russian regions.
